Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the spirit of selfless service

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi said that selfless action is the greatest strength of humanity. He noted that it is with this spirit of service and dedication that the nation is moving forward with the resolve to improve the lives of every citizen.

The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

“हितं यत्सर्वभूतानामात्मानश्च सुखावहम्।

तत्कुर्यादीश्वरे ह्येतन्मूलं सर्वार्थसिद्धये।। ”

The Subhashitam conveys that one should perform only those actions that are beneficial to all living beings and bring peace to one's own soul. This constitutes true surrender to God, for this path is the fundamental basis of all human endeavors and spiritual attainments.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“निःस्वार्थ कर्म ही मानवता की सबसे बड़ी शक्ति है। हम सेवा और समर्पण के इसी भाव के साथ हर किसी के जीवन को बेहतर बनाने का संकल्प लेकर आगे बढ़ रहे हैं।
