This achievement comes shortly after his Bronze Medal win at the FIDE Rapid Chess Championship, marking another proud moment for India in the global chess arena.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the first Emergency Landing Facility (ELF) of the northeast in Dibrugarh, Assam. Shri Modi stated that it is a matter of immense pride that the Northeast gets an Emergency Landing Facility, and is of great importance from a strategic point of view and during times of natural disasters.

The Prime Minister posted on X:
