Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today condoled the passing of Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Eminence Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al AlSheikh.

In a post on X, he said:

“Deepest condolences on the sad demise of the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Eminence Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al AlSheikh. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kingdom and its people in this moment of grief.”

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the first Emergency Landing Facility (ELF) of the northeast in Dibrugarh, Assam. Shri Modi stated that it is a matter of immense pride that the Northeast gets an Emergency Landing Facility, and is of great importance from a strategic point of view and during times of natural disasters.

The Prime Minister posted on X:
