PM Modi addressed the NDA Leaders' Conclave in New Delhi, highlighting the government's commitment to fulfilling the aspirations of 140 crore Indians and accelerating India's journey towards a Viksit Bharat. Speaking at the NDA Conclave at Bharat Mandapam after becoming the longest continuously serving elected Prime Minister of India, he said, "To have the opportunity to serve Maa Bharti for such a long time is possible only through God's blessings. For me, 'Janta Janardan' is God."
Introspecting on the trust reposed by the people in the NDA over the past decade, the PM noted that more than 25 crore Indians have been lifted out of poverty and that the aspirations of youth, women, farmers and the middle class continue to drive the nation's development.

He underscored India's transformation from a "Fragile Five" economy to one of the world's fastest-growing major economies, citing progress in infrastructure, digital payments, manufacturing, renewable energy and defence exports. He also outlined the next phase of development focused on energy security, emerging technologies, innovation and self-reliance.
Reaffirming the government's "Nation First" approach, PM Modi reflected upon key decisions taken in the national interest and stressed that public participation remains the cornerstone of India's growth story. He called upon NDA leaders to continue working with dedication and commitment to realise the vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047.

Launching a sharp attack on the Congress, the PM said, "The Congress had plunged the country into an abyss of helplessness, destitution and an inferiority complex. The nation was conditioned to believe that development in India inevitably moves at a snail's pace, that rapid growth was simply not possible here. With great cunning, this sluggish growth was labelled the 'Hindu Growth Rate', implying that while the style, responsibility and failure were all Congress's, the stigma was pinned on the country's vast Hindu population.”

"In reality, this phenomenon should have been named "Congress Growth Rate". This "Congress Growth Rate" was characterised by a complete absence of governance, policy, intent, and decisiveness. It was under Atal ji's leadership that the NDA government first came to power; only then did we catch a glimpse of what accelerated development looks like. Unfortunately, however, in 2004, the country was once again caught in a vortex of instability and the stranglehold of the Congress," he added.

A conclave of NDA constituents was held to mark the ruling coalition completing 12 years in office and Prime Minister Narendra Modi becoming India's longest-serving continuously elected PM. PM Modi, senior BJP leaders and representatives of all constituents of the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) attended the crucial meeting at Bharat Mandapam.
