During the spirited political rallies held in Toopran and Nirmal, Telangana, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a diverse array of issues crucial to the forthcoming state assembly elections. PM Modi, while emphasizing the importance of addressing the needs of the people of Telangana, raised pertinent questions about the incumbent CM KCR’s governance and the promises made by his government.

PM Modi began by questioning KCR’s decision to contest from another constituency, highlighting the presence of BJP’s candidate Eatala Rajender as a significant reason. He also pointed to the discontent among farmers and the poor, citing the irrigation project named after Bhagwan Mallikarjun that has adversely affected the lives of many. PM Modi accused KCR of neglecting the plight of those who lost their homes and lands due to this project.

The Prime Minister further criticized KCR for his alleged habit of making promises with false intentions, listing various broken commitments. He said, “KCR’s promise of a Dalit CM remained unfulfilled, the Dalit Bandhu scheme was not implemented as pledged, employment for the youth, and promise of water to farmers was allegedly broken.”

“KCR delivered scams instead of the promised schemes,” the PM added.

Highlighting the dynastic politics prevalent in both Congress and KCR’s BRS, PM Modi drew attention to the concentration of power within a few families. He questioned the outcomes of Congress’ long rule in Andhra Pradesh, especially in terms of representation for the BC community in the Chief Minister’s office.

Expressing concern over the lack of opportunities for talented individuals from the BC society in Telangana, PM Modi pledged, “The Bharatiya Janata Party would strive to make Telangana’s first BC Chief Minister.”

Drawing parallels between Congress and BRS, PM Modi criticized both for promoting dynastic politics and highlighted Congress’ history of corruption, ranging from the Bofors scandal to the helicopter scam.

Addressing concerns about farmers, soldiers, and youth, PM Modi contrasted the alleged deceitful practices of KCR and Congress with the BJP’s efforts to address the needs of small farmers. He emphasized the impact of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, which has directly benefited small farmers.

In his second rally in Nirmal, Telangana, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a myriad of issues crucial to the state’s development and the forthcoming assembly elections. He voiced concerns about Telangana’s escalating debt crisis and its identity being intertwined with massive irrigation schemes worth billions. PM Modi accused Chief Minister KCR of shifting his focus away from public welfare, making his farmhouse the new residence and expressing indifference to the future of the people’s children while prioritizing his own.

The Prime Minister highlighted the significant efforts of the central government in constructing nearly two and a half lakh houses in Telangana, with a startling revelation that thousands of these houses meant for the poor have not been handed over due to alleged unjust seizures by the state government. PM Modi assured, “Under a BJP government in Telangana, these houses would promptly reach the deserving beneficiaries, and this is Modi’s guarantee.”

PM Modi also underscored the Union government’s response to the long-standing demand of turmeric farmers by announcing the formation of the ‘National Turmeric Board.’ The Telangana BJP, aligning with this commitment, has pledged in its manifesto to transform Nizamabad into a ‘Turmeric City’ and confer a Geographical Indication (GI) tag to Armor turmeric, ensuring substantial benefits for Nirmal’s turmeric farmers.

PM Modi drew attention to the disparity between the BJP’s focus on development, food parks, and textile parks and the alleged appeasement politics between BRS and Congress in Telangana. He said, “BRS has even extended appeasement to technology. Will an IT park be established in India based on religious grounds now?”

On the occasion of Constitution Day, PM Modi highlighted the disrespect shown by KCR towards the constitution crafted by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Congress’s historical denial of the Bharat Ratna to Dr. Ambedkar. In contrast, he commended the BJP for establishing the Panchteerth dedicated to Dr. Ambedkar.

The Prime Minister stressed the necessity of a BJP government in Telangana to curb alleged land grabbing facilitated by the KCR government. He declared the next five years crucial for Telangana, urging the people to vote for the BJP in large numbers for accelerated development and progress.
