Very emotional moment for me, says PM Modi as he watches Surya Tilak of Prabhu Shri Ram Lalla
April 17, 2024

Today, 17th April 2024, marks a historic day. It is a special Ram Navami for every Indian, as after a wait of over 500 years, Surya Tilak of Prabhu Shri Ram Lalla took place in the Ram Mandir. Prime Minister Narendra Modi termed it as a very emotional moment for him. Soon after addressing a rally in Assam's Nalbari, PM Modi watched the visuals of the grand Ram Navami celebrations in Ayodhya.

"May this Surya Tilak bring energy to our lives and may it inspire our nation to scale new heights of glory," PM Modi wrote sharing a post on social media platform 'X'.

Earlier while addressing the NDA rally in Nalbari, PM Modi, along with the crowd at the venue, joined Surya Tilak celebrations by chanting "Jai Shri Ram" and "Ram Lakshman Janaki Jai Bolo Hanuman Ki."
