ଭାରତ-ଆମେରିକା ବୈଶ୍ୱିକ ରଣନୀତିକ ଭାଗିଦାରୀକୁ ଅଧିକ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ଉଭୟଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ହୋଇଥିଲା । ରଣନୀତିକ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ବିଦ୍ୟା,ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଔଦ୍ୟୋଗିକ ସହଯୋଗ, କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ମଡୁଲାର ରିଆକ୍ଟର ଭିତ୍ତିକ ବେସାମରିକ ଆଣବିକ ଶକ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦ ବିରୋଧୀ ଲଢ଼େଇକୁ ଏଥିରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ।
