Say goodbye to exam stress with these secret tips from PM Modi!

PM Modi addressed and interacted with various students, during the Pariskha pe Charcha, 2024. While interacting with students, he spoke about dealing with exam pressure and its negativity.

He shared that the way we mentally prepare ourselves for cold weather many days in advance before visiting a hill station, in the same way, students must mentally prepare themselves for exam conditions long before the final date. The reason is that students cannot just press a switch and turn off the pressure of exams. We must make our children resilient to pressure by teaching them to face challenges head-on.

PM Modi said we must maintain realistic expectations as students, as unrealistic goals cause us stress. He advocates for students to slowly increase expectations. Suppose a student solves 7 questions on average. In that case, they should aim to solve 8 today rather than set an arbitrary goal of finishing an entire chapter in a night.
