ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଛତିଶଗଡର ନୂଆ ରାୟପୁର ଗସ୍ତରେ ଯାଇଥିଲେ । ସେ ସେଠାରେ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ସଫାରି ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ କରିବା ସହ ସଫାରି ମଧ୍ୟରେ କିଛି ସମୟ ବିତାଇଥିଲେ । ପଣ୍ଡିତ ଦୀନଦୟାଲ ଉପାଧ୍ୟାୟଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଅନାବରଣ କରିବା ସହ ନୂଆ ରାୟପୁରର ଏକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ମାର୍ଗକୁ ଏକାତ୍ମ ପଥ ରୂପେ ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୂଆ ରାୟପୁର BRTS ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ମଧ୍ୟ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ଏହି ଗସ୍ତ କାଳରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ “ହମାର ଛତିଶଗଡ ଯୋଜନା” ର ଅଂଶିଦାରମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ମତ ବିନିମୟ କରିଥିଲେ । ରାଜ୍ୟୋତ୍ସବର ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦୁଇଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଏବଂ ୧୫ଟି ବ୍ଲକର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ବଣ୍ଟନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନେ ଖୋଲା ମଳ ମୁକ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ (Open Defecation Free)ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ସଫଳତା ହାସଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ଵଲା ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ଗରିବ ପରିବାରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏଲପିଜି ସଂଯୋଗ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ସହ ସୌର ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ଵଲା ଯୋଜନାରେ ସୌରପମ୍ପ ହିତାଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଟଳ ବିହାରୀ ବାଜପାୟୀ ଶାନ୍ତି ଓ ସୌହାର୍ଦ୍ଦ୍ୟପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଉପାୟରେ କିଭଳି ଛତିଶଗଡ ସମେତ ୩ ଟି ନୂଆ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗଠନ କରିବାରେ ସମର୍ଥ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ତାକୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ଛତିଶଗଡ ଭଳି ଏକ ଛୋଟ ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିକାଶର ନୂଆ ସୋପାନରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଥିବାରୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସେଠାକାର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଡଃ ରମଣ ସିଂହ ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ମୂଳକ ଯୋଜନାଗୁଡିକର ସୁଫଳ ଆଗାମୀ ପିଢୀ ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉପକାରସିଦ୍ଧ ସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହେବ । ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ବିପୁଳ ସୁଯୋଗ ରହିଥିବାରୁ ଏହା ଛତିଶଗଡର ଗରିବ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ଅର୍ଥ ଉପାର୍ଜନର ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ।
ଚାଷୀମାନଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ପାଦର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧନ ଦିଗରେ ଛତିଶଗଡ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନୂତନ ପଦକ୍ଷେପକୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଥିଲେ ।
