PM pays tribute to Sri Guru Teg Bahadur on the auspicious Parkash Purab

The Prime Minister paid tribute to Sri Guru Teg Bahadur on the auspicious Parkash Purab today. Shri Modi remarked that Sri Guru Teg Bahadur’s life epitomises courage and compassionate service, who was unwavering in fighting injustice.

He wrote in a post on X:

“On the auspicious Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, I pay my humble tributes to one of the greatest spiritual torchbearers of our land. His life epitomises courage and compassionate service. He was unwavering in fighting injustice. May his teachings continue to inspire us all in building a society he envisioned.”

“ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ਼ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਪੁਰਬ 'ਤੇ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਮਸ਼ਾਲਧਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਮਰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਅਤੇ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਭਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਅਨਿਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੜਾਈ 'ਚ ਅਡੋਲ ਰਹੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਲਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਰਹਿਣਗੀਆਂ।“

PM Modi reaffirms resolve to harness Science & Tech for National Development and Global Good on National Science Day

The Prime Minister highlighted that, on National Science Day, we celebrate the spirit of research, innovation, and scientific curiosity that drives our nation forward.

PM Modi stated that, “This day commemorates the groundbreaking discovery of the Raman Effect by Sir CV Raman”. The Prime Minister noted that this discovery placed Indian research firmly on the global map.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed that our resolve to empower our youth, strengthen research ecosystems, and harness science and technology for national development and global good.
