ଦେଶରେ କୋଭିଡ ଓ ଟିକାକରଣ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିର ସମୀକ୍ଷା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଏକ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଦେଶରେ କୋଭିଡ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ସ୍ଥିତି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ଯେ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭରେ ନମୁନା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ସଂଖ୍ୟା ସାପ୍ତାହିକ 50 ଲକ୍ଷ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ 1.3 କୋଟିକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ଟେଷ୍ଟ ପଜିଟିଭିଟି ହାର ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ କମୁଥିବା ଏବଂ ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ହାର ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ବଢ଼ୁଥିବା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଦୈନିକ 4 ଲକ୍ଷ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କର୍ମୀ, ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରୟାସର ଫଳ ସ୍ବରୂପ ଏହି ସଂଖ୍ୟା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି। ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ ଜିଲ୍ଲାସ୍ତରରେ କୋଭିଡ, ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂ, ଅକ୍ସିଜେନ ଉପଲବ୍ଧତା, ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ଟିକାକରଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଉପରେ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସ୍ତରରେ ପଜିଟିଭିଟି ହାର ଅଧିକ ରହୁଥିବା ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ କଣ୍ଟେନମେଣ୍ଟ ରଣନୀତି ଲାଗୁ କରିବା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମୟର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା। ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂ ଆହୁରି ବଢ଼ାଇବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଥିବା ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଅଧିକ ପଜିଟିଭିଟି ହାର ଥିବା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଉଭୟ ଆରଟି-ପିସିଆର ଓ ରାପିଡ ଟେଷ୍ଟ କରିବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।  ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବିନା ଚାପରେ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହେଉଥିବା ଅଧିକ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ସଂକ୍ରମିତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାକୁ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ଏହା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଉପରେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ପ୍ରଭାବ ପକାଇବ ନାହିଁ। ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଡୋର ଟୁ ଡୋର ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂ ଓ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ବଢ଼ାଇବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ସେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତ ଉପକରଣ ସହିତ ଆଶା ଓ ଅଙ୍ଗନଓ୍ବାଡ଼ି କର୍ମୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଶକ୍ତ କରିବା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ମତ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଗୃହ ସଙ୍ଗରୋଧ ଏବଂ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ଚିତ୍ରଣ ସହିତ ସହଜ ଭାଷାରେ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶିକା ଉପଲବ୍ଧ କରିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।

ଅକ୍ସିଜେନ କନସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରେଟର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସମେତ, ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଅକ୍ସିଜେନ ଯୋଗାଣ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ଲାଗି ଏକ ବିତରଣ ଯୋଜନା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏପରି ଉପକରଣ ପରିଚାଳନା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଦିଆଯିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଏବଂ ମେଡ଼ିକାଲ ଉପକରଣର ସୁଗମ ପରିଚାଳନା ନିମନ୍ତେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଯୋଗାଣ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ୍।

କେତେକ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଭେଣ୍ଟିଲେଟର ଉପଯୋଗ ହୋଇନପାରି ଷ୍ଟୋରେଜ ରୁମରେ ପଡ଼ି ରହୁଥିବା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଆସିଥିବା ରିପୋର୍ଟକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଦବେଗ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ଭେଣ୍ଟିଲେଟର ସଂଯୋଗ ଓ ପରିଚାଳନା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଅଡିଟ କରାଯିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ବୋଲି ମତ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆହୁରି କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଦରକାର ହେଲେ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଠିକ ଭାବେ ଭେଣ୍ଟିଲେଟର ଉପଯୋଗ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ରିଫ୍ରେସର ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଦିଆଯିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ କୋଭିଡ ବିରୋଧରେ ଭାରତର ଲଢ଼େଇ ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ଆଜି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ଓ ବିଷୟ ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞମାନଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶରେ ପରିଚାଳିତ ହୋଇଆସିଛି ଏବଂ ଏହା ଆଗକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶନରେ ଜାରି ରହିବ।

ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଟିକାକରଣ ଅଗ୍ରଗତି ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟଓ୍ବାରୀ 45+ ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟାଙ୍କୁ ଏଥିରେ କଭରେଜ କରିବା ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ଟିକା ଉପଲବ୍ଧତା ପାଇଁ ରୋଡମ୍ୟାପ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଟିକାକରଣର ଗତି ବଢ଼ାଇବା ଲାଗି ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସହିତ ଅଧିକ ସମନ୍ବୟ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।

Prime Minister hold talks with Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today held productive talks with the President of Myanmar, U Min Aung Hlaing.

The Prime Minister noted that India is honoured that President U Min Aung Hlaing chose India for his first foreign visit as President. He also expressed happiness that the President began his programme in India from Bodh Gaya with the blessings of Lord Buddha.

During the talks, the two leaders reviewed the full range of India-Myanmar relations and discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The discussions covered avenues to deepen cooperation in trade, rare earths, healthcare, connectivity, heritage restoration and capacity building. The two sides also agreed to work closely in areas such as maritime security, cyber security and other sectors of mutual interest.

The Prime Minister underlined that Myanmar is vital to India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’, ‘Act East’ and Indo-Pacific policies, reaffirming the importance India attaches to its relations with Myanmar.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“Had a productive meeting with President U Min Aung Hlaing of Myanmar. We in India are honoured that he has chosen India for his first foreign visit as President. Equally gladdening is the fact that he began the visit from Bodh Gaya, with the blessings of Lord Buddha. We reviewed the full range of India-Myanmar relations. Myanmar is vital to India’s policies of ‘Neighbourhood First’, ‘Act East’ and Indo-Pacific.”

“Our talks covered ways to deepen cooperation in trade, rare earths, healthcare, connectivity, heritage restoration and capacity building. We also agreed to work closely in areas such as maritime security, cyber security and more.”
