Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the massive gathering at Hisar in Haryana emphasizing the state’s remarkable progress under BJP’s governance. The Prime Minister paid homage to Haryana’s rich history and culture, acknowledging Agroha Dham, Guru Jambheshwar, Khatu Shyam Ji, and Mata Bhanbhori Bhramari Devi. He also highlighted the sacrifices made by the Bishnoi community in protecting nature, describing Haryana as a region known for its patriotism and commitment to the environment.

On the occasion of Shaheed Sardar Bhagat Singh’s birth anniversary, PM Modi began his speech by praising the slogan raised by the women of Haryana, "Mhara Haryana, Non-stop Haryana," signifying the state's continuous development under BJP's leadership. He stated that the people of Haryana are determined to give the BJP another term, with widespread support echoing from all corners, “Bharosa Dil Se, BJP Phir Se.”

PM Modi took the opportunity to criticize Congress, accusing it of being the country's most dishonest party. He referred to the party's failure to deliver on promises in Himachal Pradesh, where Congress is currently in power. According to the Prime Minister, “Congress finds itself in this situation because it is the most deceitful and dishonest party in the country." He mentioned that Congress leaders are scrambling for the Chief Minister's post in Haryana, leading to political instability and infighting.

PM Modi also targeted Congress for sidelining Dalits and backward communities. He reminded the audience of the atrocities committed against Dalits under Congress rule, citing incidents in Gohana and Mirchpur. He accused Congress of having a “deep hatred for the Dalit community,” emphasizing how the BJP, in contrast, promotes inclusivity and has taken concrete steps to support underprivileged communities.

PM Modi outlined BJP's commitment to ensuring that all communities participate in the state’s development. “Our government has named the Haryana Chief Minister's residence ‘Kabir Kutir’ and increased funding for Kabir Hostel in Hisar, benefiting Dalit children,” he said.

The Prime Minister also highlighted his government’s support for small traders, poor families, and farmers. He noted how schemes like the Mudra Yojana and PM SVANidhi have provided financial aid to millions without the need for any guarantee. He said, “Modi has taken care of his brothers and sisters who work on carts, stalls, and pavements. These are not wealthy individuals, they come from villages, poor families, Dalits, and backward communities.”

Addressing the farmers' issues, PM Modi criticized the Congress government for failing to address water scarcity, while the BJP has worked to solve their problems. He recalled how Congress humiliated farmers with compensation cheques of as little as two rupees during its tenure, saying “Congress makes big promises to farmers here, but they have failed to fulfill them where they are in power.” In contrast, the BJP government has implemented MSP for 24 crops in Haryana, boosting farmers' income.

The Prime Minister also talked about the significant infrastructure development in Haryana under BJP's governance. He mentioned the expansion of road networks and the introduction of five pairs of Vande Bharat trains operating in Haryana. “The Hansi-Hisar-Rohtak rail line has been started, cutting the travel time between Hisar and Rohtak in half,” he said.

PM Modi underscored the potential of Hisar becoming a major commercial hub with the construction of Hisar Airport, which will promote new industries and create jobs for the youth. “We want investors from around the world to come here so that more and more jobs can be created for our youth,” he emphasized.

PM Modi accused Congress of preventing job opportunities for the youth through what he termed the "recruitment blocking gang." He reminded the crowd of the corrupt practices during Congress' rule, where government jobs could not be obtained without bribes or connections. He stated, “Congress has inflicted a double blow on the youth here. Firstly, one couldn’t get a government job without bribes, and secondly, the poor had to sell their land just to afford the bribes.”

PM Modi reminded the people of Haryana of Congress’ betrayal of national interests, particularly during the surgical strikes. He said that while India was celebrating the success of the strikes, Congress demanded proof from the army. He said, “It was on the night of September 28 that the surgical strikes took place. India showed the masterminds of terror that we now strike them in their hideouts. And what did Congress do? Congress demanded proof of the surgical strikes from our army. This is the same Congress that called our Army Chief a "street thug." Congress trusted the lies of our enemies over the words of our army. Can the patriotic people of Haryana tolerate such a Congress?”

During his concluding remarks, PM Modi urged the voters to remain cautious of Congress’ false promises and divisive politics and to ensure that the BJP is re-elected for continued progress. “Haryana is the land of courage. Let’s show that courage!” he declared.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will visit Gujarat and Daman on 5th June, 2026. At around 2:30 PM, Prime Minister will visit Hazira in Surat district and review ongoing industrial operations and infrastructure projects. At around 4:15 PM, Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate to the nation and lay the foundation stone of various development projects worth around ₹18,800 crore in Surat. He will also address the gathering on the occasion.

Prime Minister will then travel to Daman, where at around 6:15 PM, he will inaugurate the New Terminal Building of NAMO Airport in Daman. This will be followed by the dedication of NAMO Hospital in Daman to the nation. Thereafter, at around 7:15 PM, Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate and lay the foundation stone of various development projects worth around ₹2,970 crores in Daman. He will also lay the foundation stone of four important projects for the Union Territory of Lakshadweep worth around ₹885 crore. He will also address the gathering on the occasion.

PM in Surat

Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate to the nation and lay the foundation stone of multiple development projects worth over ₹18,800 crore in Surat across the road, power and industrial sectors.

Prime Minister will dedicate Packages VI and VII of the Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway to the nation, enhancing high-speed transportation, logistics efficiency and economic connectivity between Gujarat and Maharashtra. Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for key infrastructure projects which includes the four-laning of critical sections on NH-56 to enhance connectivity across tribal regions and boost access to the Statue of Unity.

Prime Minister will also inaugurate a 200 bedded ESIC Hospital in Surat, providing modern secondary healthcare across key specialties, backed by a central laboratory and essential ancillary services. It also features 24/7 emergency and trauma care to ensure the timely management of occupational injuries and medical emergencies. Prime Minister will inaugurate critical utility and industrial infrastructure projects, including the Transmission Network Expansion in Gujarat to enhance power evacuation capacity under the Inter-State Transmission System. Prime Minister will also inaugurate several important initiatives of Government of Gujarat, including modern power distribution upgrades under the Revamped Reforms-Based Distribution Sector Scheme in Valsad, advanced effluent disposal and treatment infrastructure at Dahej Petroleum, Chemicals and Petrochemical Investment Region (PCPIR) and Sarigam Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), and essential layout utilities at the Jambusar Bulk Drug Park.

PM in Daman

Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate to the nation and lay the foundation stone of development projects worth around ₹2,970 crore in Daman. These projects span various sectors including healthcare, civil aviation, tourism, infrastructure, connectivity and public welfare and are expected to provide a major boost to the overall development of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.

Prime Minister will inaugurate and dedicate projects worth around ₹1,340 crore, including the New Terminal Building of NAMO Airport and NAMO Hospital, among others in Daman. The new airport terminal will significantly enhance regional air connectivity and facilitate economic growth in the region. NAMO Hospital, the district hospital in Daman district, has been developed to cater to nearly 1,500 OPD patients per day and will strengthen access to quality healthcare services for the people.

Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of projects worth around ₹1,630 crore. Major projects include the Iconic Bridge, the Daman Convention Centre and the NIFT Campus at Daman, among others. These projects are expected to strengthen modern infrastructure, boost tourism, promote investment, generate employment opportunities and improve the quality of life of the people.

Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of important projects for the Union Territory of Lakshadweep worth around ₹885 crore. These projects include Development of Port Facilities on the Eastern and Western Sides of both Kalpeni Island and Kadmat Island. The development of these multipurpose jetties will facilitate year-round berthing of large passenger vessels, including cruise vessels of up to 300 metres in length. The projects will enable safe and efficient passenger and cargo handling and provide integrated facilities for fish handling, fuel distribution, ice supply and boat repair. These initiatives will strengthen maritime connectivity, support the livelihoods of local fishermen, promote tourism and contribute to the socio-economic development of the islands.
