Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the massive gathering at Hisar in Haryana emphasizing the state’s remarkable progress under BJP’s governance. The Prime Minister paid homage to Haryana’s rich history and culture, acknowledging Agroha Dham, Guru Jambheshwar, Khatu Shyam Ji, and Mata Bhanbhori Bhramari Devi. He also highlighted the sacrifices made by the Bishnoi community in protecting nature, describing Haryana as a region known for its patriotism and commitment to the environment.

On the occasion of Shaheed Sardar Bhagat Singh’s birth anniversary, PM Modi began his speech by praising the slogan raised by the women of Haryana, "Mhara Haryana, Non-stop Haryana," signifying the state's continuous development under BJP's leadership. He stated that the people of Haryana are determined to give the BJP another term, with widespread support echoing from all corners, “Bharosa Dil Se, BJP Phir Se.”

PM Modi took the opportunity to criticize Congress, accusing it of being the country's most dishonest party. He referred to the party's failure to deliver on promises in Himachal Pradesh, where Congress is currently in power. According to the Prime Minister, “Congress finds itself in this situation because it is the most deceitful and dishonest party in the country." He mentioned that Congress leaders are scrambling for the Chief Minister's post in Haryana, leading to political instability and infighting.

PM Modi also targeted Congress for sidelining Dalits and backward communities. He reminded the audience of the atrocities committed against Dalits under Congress rule, citing incidents in Gohana and Mirchpur. He accused Congress of having a “deep hatred for the Dalit community,” emphasizing how the BJP, in contrast, promotes inclusivity and has taken concrete steps to support underprivileged communities.

PM Modi outlined BJP's commitment to ensuring that all communities participate in the state’s development. “Our government has named the Haryana Chief Minister's residence ‘Kabir Kutir’ and increased funding for Kabir Hostel in Hisar, benefiting Dalit children,” he said.

The Prime Minister also highlighted his government’s support for small traders, poor families, and farmers. He noted how schemes like the Mudra Yojana and PM SVANidhi have provided financial aid to millions without the need for any guarantee. He said, “Modi has taken care of his brothers and sisters who work on carts, stalls, and pavements. These are not wealthy individuals, they come from villages, poor families, Dalits, and backward communities.”

Addressing the farmers' issues, PM Modi criticized the Congress government for failing to address water scarcity, while the BJP has worked to solve their problems. He recalled how Congress humiliated farmers with compensation cheques of as little as two rupees during its tenure, saying “Congress makes big promises to farmers here, but they have failed to fulfill them where they are in power.” In contrast, the BJP government has implemented MSP for 24 crops in Haryana, boosting farmers' income.

The Prime Minister also talked about the significant infrastructure development in Haryana under BJP's governance. He mentioned the expansion of road networks and the introduction of five pairs of Vande Bharat trains operating in Haryana. “The Hansi-Hisar-Rohtak rail line has been started, cutting the travel time between Hisar and Rohtak in half,” he said.

PM Modi underscored the potential of Hisar becoming a major commercial hub with the construction of Hisar Airport, which will promote new industries and create jobs for the youth. “We want investors from around the world to come here so that more and more jobs can be created for our youth,” he emphasized.

PM Modi accused Congress of preventing job opportunities for the youth through what he termed the "recruitment blocking gang." He reminded the crowd of the corrupt practices during Congress' rule, where government jobs could not be obtained without bribes or connections. He stated, “Congress has inflicted a double blow on the youth here. Firstly, one couldn’t get a government job without bribes, and secondly, the poor had to sell their land just to afford the bribes.”

PM Modi reminded the people of Haryana of Congress’ betrayal of national interests, particularly during the surgical strikes. He said that while India was celebrating the success of the strikes, Congress demanded proof from the army. He said, “It was on the night of September 28 that the surgical strikes took place. India showed the masterminds of terror that we now strike them in their hideouts. And what did Congress do? Congress demanded proof of the surgical strikes from our army. This is the same Congress that called our Army Chief a "street thug." Congress trusted the lies of our enemies over the words of our army. Can the patriotic people of Haryana tolerate such a Congress?”

During his concluding remarks, PM Modi urged the voters to remain cautious of Congress’ false promises and divisive politics and to ensure that the BJP is re-elected for continued progress. “Haryana is the land of courage. Let’s show that courage!” he declared.
