Planning Commission के विषय में, बहुत विस्तार से consultation का प्रयास किया गया है। जिनकी इसमें रूचि है, जिसके पास ज्ञान है और जिसके पास अनुभव है, उन सब को जोड़ कर के, आने वाले पांच दशक तक कैसे ये institution काम करे उस पर विचार विमर्श चला है। 7 तारीख को मैंने सभी मुख्यमंत्रियों को बुलाया है, उनके साथ भी विस्तार से विचार विमर्श करेंगे। Planning Commission में पहले भी, अंदर ये काफी चर्चा रही है कि इसको समयानुकूल परिवर्तन कैसे लाया जाए। उन्ही चीज़ों को आगे लेकर, एक नए स्वरुप की दिशा में प्रयास चल रहा है।
