Remembering Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia on her Jayanti, PM Narendra Modi said that she devoted her entire life to public service. “Formidable, compassionate, always accessible to people and blessed with a futuristic vision for the nation, Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia is a source of inspiration for several people”, said Shri Modi.

The Prime Minister further said that for Karyakartas of the Jana Sangh and BJP, no words can do justice to Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia's monumental efforts to build these parties. “Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia resisted the Emergency tooth and nail, overcoming all forms of intimidation, bullying and dirty tricks of those in power then”, he added.

Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam greeting all the devotees of Lord Shiva on the commencement of the sacred Shri Amarnath Yatra

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam, greeting all the devotees of Lord Shiva on the commencement of the sacred Shri Amarnath Yatra from today:

“वाग्बुद्धिचित्तकरणैश्च तपोभिरुग्रैः
शक्यं समाकलयितुं न यदीयरूपम्।

तं भक्तिभावसुलभं शरणं नतानां
नित्यं भजाम्यऽमरनाथमहं दयालुम्॥"

The Subhashitam says, "I daily worship the merciful Lord Amarnath, whose nature cannot be comprehended through speech, intellect, mind, the senses, or even through severe finances, who is easily attainable through devotion, and who is the refuge of those who bow before him."

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

समस्त शिवभक्तों को पावन-पुनीत श्री अमरनाथ यात्रा के शुभारंभ की अनंत शुभकामनाएं! बाबा बर्फानी के दिव्य दर्शन की यह यात्रा आप सभी के जीवन में सुख-समृद्धि, सौभाग्य और उत्तम स्वास्थ्य लेकर आए।
