ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଗୁଜରାଟର ଜାମନଗରଠାରେ ବାନ୍ଦ୍ରା-ଜାମନଗର ହମସଫର ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ ଚଳାଚଳକୁ ପତାକା ଦେଖାଇ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ ଗୁରୁ ଗୋବିନ୍ଦ ସିଂ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲର 750 ଶଯ୍ୟା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ନୂଆ କୋଠାକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ସମର୍ପିତ କରିବା ସହିତ ସୌନୀ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ଆଜି-3ଠାରୁ ଖିଜାଦିଆ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ 51 କିଲୋମିଟର ଲମ୍ବ ପାଇପଲାଇନ ସମେତ ଜାମନଗରରେ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ସମାରୋହକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ଗତ ଦୁଇ ଦଶନ୍ଧି ଧରି ଜଳସଂକଟର ସମାଧାନ ଲାଗି ଗୁଜରାଟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ଏବଂ କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ ଉପରେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ, ସେ ଗୁଜରାଟରେ ‘ଟ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ରାଜ’ର ଅନ୍ତ ଘଟାଇବା ଲାଗି ତାଙ୍କ ଦୃଢ଼ସଂକଳ୍ପ ବିଷୟରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିବା ସହିତ ଗୁଜରାଟର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ସରୋବର ନଦୀ ବନ୍ଧ କିଭଳି ଆଶ୍ୱସ୍ତି ଆଣିଛି ତାହା କହିଥିଲେ । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏବଂ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପିଢ଼ିର ଲାଭ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତ ଜଳବୁନ୍ଦାର ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ଲାଗି ସେ ନାଗରିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ଗୁଜରାଟରେ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଆସିଥିବା ବିପ୍ଳବକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଗତ କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗୁଜରାଟରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବହୁଳ ଭାବେ ଗରିବ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଲାଭାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ, କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ଭାରତ ଯୋଜନା ଗରିବ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଇଁ ଶସ୍ତା ଏବଂ ଉନ୍ନତମାନର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରାଇବ ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଦେଶର ଆହ୍ୱାନଗୁଡ଼ିକର ମୁକାବିଲା ନିମନ୍ତେ ହିନମନ୍ୟତାର ସହ ଚିନ୍ତା କରାଯାଇଥିବା କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଅବଧି ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ତୁଳନାରେ ଢାଂଚାଗତ ଏବଂ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଛି । ଏହି ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ, କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ ଦୂରଦର୍ଶୀ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ବିଷୟରେ ସେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ-କିସାନ ଯୋଜନା ଏକ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ ଏବଂ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଯୋଜନା ।
ଏମଏସଏମଇ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଦେବା ଲାଗି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରୟାସ ବିଷୟରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସହଜ ଋଣ ଉପଲବ୍ଧତା ଏବଂ ଜନ-ଅନୁକୂଳ ଜିଏସଟି ବ୍ୟାପକଭାବେ ଯୁବ ପିଢ଼ିକୁ ଲାଭାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ବ୍ୟବସାୟିକ ସୁଗମତା ରେଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିଛି ।
ସେନାବାହିନୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରୟାସକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଯବାନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ସାରା ଦେଶ ଗର୍ବିତ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦ ବିପଦର ମୂଳୋତ୍ପାଟନ ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ।
