ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି (ରବିବାର) ଆନନ୍ଦଠାରେ ଅମୂଲର ଅତ୍ୟାଧୂନିକ ଚକୋଲେଟ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସହିତ ଆଧୂନିକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକରଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ଚକୋଲେଟ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ବୁଲି ଦେଖିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ସେଠାରେ ଉପଯୋଗ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜ୍ଞାନ କୌଶଳ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେଉଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଉତ୍ପାଦ ବିଷୟରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।
ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ସେଠାରେ ଅନେକ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଜନସମାବେଶ ପାଇଁ ସେ ଆନନ୍ଦର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ ।
ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଆଜି ଯେଉଁ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡିକର ଉଦଘାଟନ କରାଯାଇଛି ସେଗୁଡିକ ସମବାୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ପାଇଁ ଶୁଭଙ୍କର । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଅମୂଲ ବ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ ସମଗ୍ର ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ସୁପରିଚିତ ଏବଂ ଏହା ବୈଶ୍ୱିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ପ୍ରେରଣାର ଉତ୍ସ ହୋଇପାରିଛି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଅମୂଲର ସଂପର୍କ କେବଳ ଦୁଗ୍ଧ ପ୍ରକ୍ରୀୟାକରଣ ସହିତ ନୁହେଁ ବରଂ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣର ମଧ୍ୟ ଏକ ଜ୍ୱଳନ୍ତ ମଡେଲ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସମବାୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରଗୁଡିକ ଜରିଆରେ ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ପଟେଲ ଏଭଳି ଏକ ମାର୍ଗ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ନା କୌଣସି ସରକାର ଏବଂ ନା କୌଣସି ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗପତିଙ୍କର ଅଧିକାରସ୍ଵତ୍ତ୍ୱ ରହିଛି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହା ଏକ ଅନନ୍ୟ ମଡେଲ ଯେଉଁଠି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଏ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଗୁଜରାଟରେ ସମବାୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଶେଷତଃ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟତା କରିପାରିଛି । ସହରୀ ବିକାଶ ଉପରେ ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ପଟେଲଙ୍କ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିବା କଥାକୁ ସେ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।
2022 ରେ ଭାରତ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାର 75ତମ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ସବ ବିଷୟରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଭାରତ ଦୁଗ୍ଧ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଉତ୍ତମ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ଆହୁରୀ ସର୍ବୋତ୍ତମ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ମଧ୍ୟ କରିପାରିବ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଅଭିନବୀକରଣ ଏବଂ ମୂଲ୍ୟସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧନ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବାର ସମୟ ଆସିଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ସେ ମହୁ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ ।
