ଆଜି ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀଠାରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଇକୋନୋମିକ ଟାଇମ୍ସ ବିଶ୍ୱ ବ୍ୟାପାର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନ  ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । “ନୂତନ ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା-ନୂତନ ନିୟମ” ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁ ଉପରେ ଏହି ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।

ଆଉ କିଛି ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାର 4 ବର୍ଷ ପୂରିବ ବୋଲି ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବାସ୍ତବ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ ହୋଇଥିବା କହିଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ଏବଂ ସାମାଜିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଏହି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନୂତନ ଭାରତ ପାଇଁ ନୂତନ ନିୟମ ଏବଂ ନୂତନ ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ସାରାଂଶକୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ କରୁଛି ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଗତ 4 ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପଟ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହୋଇଛି । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଭାରତ “5ଟି ଦୁର୍ବଳ” ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପରିଗଣିତ ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏବେ ଏହା “5 ଟ୍ରିଲିୟନ ଡଲାର” ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବା ପଥରେ ରହିଛି । ବିଶ୍ୱର ସାମଗ୍ରୀକ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧିରେ ଭାରତ କିଭଳି ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭୂମିକା ନିର୍ବାହ କରୁଛି ସେ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତଥ୍ୟଭିତ୍ତିକ ଅବତାରଣା କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସାଧାରଣ ଭାବେ ଦେଖିଲେ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଜିଡିପିରେ ଭାରତର ଯୋଗଦାନ 2013ରେ 2.4%ରୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇ 2017ରେ 3.1%ରେ ପହଂଚିଛି । ସମଷ୍ଟିଗତ ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସୋପାନରେ ଭାରତ ଉନ୍ନତ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଛି ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନୂତନ ଆଭିମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ନୂତନ କର୍ମସଂସ୍କୃତି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆସିପାରିଛି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରତିଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦ୍ୱିତାକୁ ଆଜି ସାରା ବିଶ୍ୱ ମାନ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସ୍ମରଣ କରାଇଥିଲେ ଯେ ଶେଷଥର ଲାଗି ସେ ବିଶ୍ୱ ବ୍ୟାପାର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଜିଏସଟି କେବଳ ମାତ୍ର ଏକ ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଥିଲା । ଆଜି, ସେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ଏହା ଏକ ବାସ୍ତବତାରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଛି, ଯାହା ଏକ ଉନ୍ନତ ଟିକସ ଅନୁପାଳନ ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ ଏବଂ ଉନ୍ନତ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି । ଦେବାଳିଆ ଏବଂ ଦେବାଳିଆପଣ ଅଧିନିୟମ ଭଳି ଅନ୍ୟ ସଂସ୍କାର ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଯୋଜନାର ସଫଳତା  ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗତି, ସ୍ତର ଏବଂ ସମ୍ବେଦନଶୀଳତା ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ । ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କେତେକ ଉଦାହରଣ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଆଜି ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି, କୃଷି, ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅଭୂତପୂର୍ବ ନିବେଶ ହେଉଛି  ।

ମିଶନ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଧନୁଷ, ଜନଔଷଧି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଏବଂ ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ଭାରତ ଭଳି ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ଡିଜିଟାଲ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଅଭିଯାନ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ 100 କୋଟି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଏକାଉଣ୍ଟ, 100 କୋଟି ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ ଏବଂ 100କୋଟି ମୋବାଇଲ ଫୋନର ତ୍ରିମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଏପରି ଏକ ଅଭିନବ ବାତାବରଣ ବିକଶିତ କରିବ, ଯାହା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଅନ୍ୟତ୍ର ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ । ଏମଏସଏମଇ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସ୍ମରଣ କରି କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଗତଥର ସେ ଇକୋନୋମିକ ଟାଇମ୍ସ ବିଶ୍ୱ ବ୍ୟାପାର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନ  ଦେବା ସମୟରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବାସଗୃହ, ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସେବା, ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛ ଇନ୍ଧନ, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବୀମା ବିଷୟରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ । ବାସଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ, ସୌଭାଗ୍ୟ ଯୋଜନା, ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳା ଯୋଜନା ଏବଂ ବୀମା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଏବଂ ଏହାର ସଫଳତା ବିଷୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ । ଗରିବଙ୍କ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଯୋଜନାର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ବୋଲି କହି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶୌଚାଳୟ ନିର୍ମାଣ, ମୁଦ୍ରା ଯୋଜନାରେ ଋଣ ବିତରଣ ଏବଂ ମୃତ୍ତିକା ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କାର୍ଡ ବିତରଣ ବିଷୟରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ସମର୍ଥନ ମୂଲ୍ୟ (ଏମଏସପି) ଉପରେ ସଦ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବଜେଟରେ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଘୋଷଣା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଆର୍ଥିକ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନରେ ନିୟମ ଏବଂ ନୈତିକତା ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ଦାୟିତ୍ୱରେ ଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷ, ବିଶେଷ କରି ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ ଏବଂ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷଣ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି, ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସମର୍ପିତ ହୋଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଆର୍ଥିକ ବ୍ୟାପାରରେ ଅନିୟମିତା ବିରୋଧରେ ସରକାର କଠୋର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ନେବେ ବୋଲି ସେ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଦେଇଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଅର୍ଥର ବେଆଇନ ବିନିଯୋଗ ଗ୍ରହଣୀୟ ନୁହେଁ, ଏବଂ ଏହା “ନୂତନ ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା-ନୂତନ ନିୟମ”ର ମୂଳ ମନ୍ତ୍ର ।

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today stated that over the last 12 years, the Government has worked to further women-led development, which is visible across sectors. He noted that from financial inclusion and entrepreneurship to education, healthcare, sanitation, housing, sports, science, and governance, women are playing a prominent role across diverse fields.

Shri Modi emphasized that the efforts of the Government are rooted in dignity, opportunity, and empowerment, pointing out that they have helped create an environment where women can realise their full potential and contribute even more strongly to nation-building.

The Prime Minister expressed particular happiness in seeing India’s Nari Shakti make a mark in sectors like science, space, and innovation. He highlighted that their growing participation in emerging fields such as drone technology is opening new avenues of opportunity and transforming the development landscape across the nation.

Shri Modi shared that the Government is actively supporting Self Help Groups, which are going a long way in making women financially independent.

Sharing a Sanskrit Subhashitam, the Prime Minister stated that India's Nari Shakti is the cornerstone of nation-building. He observed that today, our mothers, sisters, and daughters are increasing the pride of Maa Bharati with their amazing talent and skills in every field.
