ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଭିଡିଓ କନଫେରେନ୍ସିଂ ଜରିଆରେ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ହାକାଥନ ଚୁଡାନ୍ତ ଉଦ୍ଯାପନୀ ସମାରୋହରେ ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ତାଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନରେ, ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ହାକାଥନ-2018ର ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଭାଗିଦାରୀଭିତ୍ତିକ ପ୍ରଶାସନର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଉପରେ ରେଖାପାତ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ସେ ଯୁବପିଢ଼ିଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବିଶେଷ ଆଶା ପ୍ରକଟ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ନୂତନ ଭାରତର ସଂକଳ୍ପ ପୂରଣ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ଯୋଗଦାନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିଥିଲେ । “ମୁଁ କେବେ ହେଲେ ଯୁବ ପେସାଦାର, ଯୁବ ସିଇଓ, ଯୁବ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ଏବଂ ଯୁବ ପ୍ରଶାସକଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ହାତଛଡ଼ା କରିନଥାଏ” ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଥିଲେ । ସେ ଆହୁରି ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ, “ଯୁବପିଢ଼ି ଦେଶକୁ ଆଗେଇ ନେବାର ମାର୍ଗ ସନ୍ଧାନ କରୁଥିବା ଦେଖି ମୁଁ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ । ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଭାରତର ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଉଦ୍ଭାବକମାନଙ୍କ ଗହଣରେ ରହି ମୁଁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ” ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଯେକୌଣସି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ହେଉଛି ଶ୍ରମଶକ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଇଚ୍ଛାଶକ୍ତି । “ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିବା ଲାଗି ଜନସାଧାରଣ ଥରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଲେ, ସବୁକିଛି ସମ୍ଭବ ହୋଇଥାଏ । କିନ୍ତୁ ସରକାର ଏକାକୀ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିପାରିବେ ବୋଲି ଭାବି ମସ୍ତବଡ଼ ଭୁଲ କରିଥା’ନ୍ତି ।”

ଗତଥରର ହାକାଥନ ତୁଳନାରେ ଚଳିତ ହାକାଥନରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଥିବା ଦେଖି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଖୁସି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ । “ମୁଁ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ପାଇଛି ଯେ ଗତଥରର ହାକାଥନରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଅଧିକାଂଶ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଶେଷ ହୋଇସାରିଛି” ବୋଲି ସେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିବା ସହିତ ଆଇପିପିପି – ଉଦ୍ଭାବନ, ସ୍ୱତ୍ୱ ହାସଲ/ପେଟେଣ୍ଟିଂ, ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଏବଂ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି’ର ମନ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । “ଏହି ଚାରିଟି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଆମ ଦେଶକୁ ଦ୍ରୁତ ବିକାଶ ଦିଗରେ ନେଇଯିବ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆମକୁ ଉଦ୍ଭାବନ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ, ସେହି ଉଦ୍ଭାବନର ସ୍ୱତ୍ତ୍ଵାଧିକାର ହାସଲ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ ଏବଂ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ/ବିନିର୍ମାଣ/ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତିକୁ ସହଜ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ ଏବଂ ଉତ୍ପାଦକୁ ଦ୍ରୁତଗତିରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ନେଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ”, ସେ କହିଥିଲେ । ସେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ, “ଆମ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଥିବା ଆହ୍ୱାନଗୁଡ଼ିକର ମୁକାବିଲା କରିବାର ଶକ୍ତି ଉଦ୍ଭାବନରେ ରହିଛି । ଆମର ଉଦ୍ଭାବନ କିପରି ଆମ ନାଗରିକମାନଙ୍କ ଜୀବନରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିପାରିବ ସେ ବିଷୟରେ ଆମେ ଚିନ୍ତା କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ।”

ଗବେଷଣା ଏବଂ ଉଦ୍ଭାବନକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଦେବା ଲାଗି ସରକାର ନେଇଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ।
• ଅଟଳ ଟିଙ୍କରିଂ ଲେବଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଜରିଆରେ ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ଜ୍ଞାନକୌଶଳ ଆଧାରିତ ଶୈକ୍ଷିକ ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପଦ୍ଧତି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ଷଷ୍ଠରୁ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଉପକୃତ ହୋଇପାରିବେ ।

• ଆଇଆଇଟି, ଆଇଆଇଏସସି ଏବଂ ନିଟ ଭଳି ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ବିଟେକ, ଏମଟେକ ଏବଂ ଏମଏସସି ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଲାଗି ଏକ ହଜାର ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଗବେଷଣା ଛାତ୍ରବୃତ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ । 5ବର୍ଷର ଅବଧି ଲାଗି ଏହି ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ମାସିକ 70-80ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାର ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ ।

• ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଅଧିକ ସ୍ୱାୟତ୍ତତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ।

• 20ଟି ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତରୀୟ ଉତ୍କର୍ଷ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ।

ତାଙ୍କର ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନରେ, ମେକ ଇନ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ କିପରି ଏକ ବ୍ରାଣ୍ଡରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଛି ଏବଂ ଏହା ସାରା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ କିଭଳି ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟତା ଅର୍ଜନ କରିଛି ସେ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଦାହରଣ ସହ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ 4 ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବେ ଭାରତରେ 2ଟି ମୋବାଇଲ ତିଆରି ୟୁନିଟ ଥିଲା ଏବେ ଦେଶରେ ପାଖାପାଖି 120ଟି କାରଖାନା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ରହିଛି । ସେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ ଯେ 2013-14 ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ ତଥ୍ୟ ତୁଳନାରେ ସ୍ୱତ୍ତ୍ଵାଧିକାର ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ ଏବଂ ଟ୍ରେଡମାର୍କ ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣରେ ତ୍ରିସ୍ତରୀୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଦେଖାଦେଇଛି ।

ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ-ହାକାଥନ, ଆଇନ-ହାକାଥନ, ସ୍ଥାପତ୍ୟ-ହାକାଥନ, କୃଷି-ହାକାଥନ ଏବଂ ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ-ହାକାଥନ ଆଦି ଏକାଧିକ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ଏଭଳି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଉଜାଗର କରିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱରୋପ କରି କହିଥିଲେ, “ଏସବୁ ହାକାଥନ ଲାଗି ଆମର ନବପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନକାରୀ କୃଷକ, ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ସ୍ଥପତି, ଡାକ୍ତର, ଆଇନଜୀବୀ, ପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକମାନଙ୍କର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଛି । ଏପରି ହାକାଥନ ଉଦୀୟମାନ ପ୍ରତିଭାମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବ” । ପ୍ରଗତି ବୈଠକ ଜରିଆରେ ବିକାଶମୂଳକ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକର ପ୍ରକୃତ ସମୟରେ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରିବାରେ ନିଜର ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସେ ଦର୍ଶକମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଥିଲେ ।

ଏହି ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ ଫିନାଲେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ହାକାଥନରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀଙ୍କ ସହ ମତବିନିମୟ କରିଥିଲେ ।

Prime Minister’s visit to Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand

At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Mr. Prabowo Subianto, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will pay a visit to Indonesia from 6-8 July, 2026. This will be Prime Minister’s fourth visit to Indonesia and his first bilateral visit since the elevation of India-Indonesia ties to the level of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in May 2018. During the visit, Prime Minister will hold bilateral discussions with President Prabowo and review the progress made in the partnership. In Jakarta, Prime Minister will address a large gathering of the Indian Diaspora. India and Indonesia share historical and warm people-to-people ties. In keeping with these special bonds, Prime Minister will visit the Prambanan Temple complex at Yogyakarta, a prominent UNESCO world heritage site in Indonesia.

From Indonesia, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of Australia, the Honourable Anthony Albanese MP, Prime Minister will travel to Melbourne from 8-10 July, 2026. In Melbourne, Prime Minister will hold bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Albanese. He will also call on the Governor General of Australia, the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC. During his visit, Prime Minister will also participate in the India-Australia CEOs Forum, where he will address a gathering of top business leaders from both countries. Prime Minister will also address a large gathering of the Indian Diaspora, who constitute a strong pillar of the India-Australia relationship.

From Melbourne, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Rt Honourable Christopher Luxon, Prime Minister will travel to Auckland for a state visit from 10-11 July, 2026. This will be the first state visit of an Indian Prime Minister to New Zealand in four decades. In Auckland, Prime Minister will hold bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Luxon and review the entire gamut of the bilateral relationship, which has seen significant progress in the last two years, especially in the areas of trade and commerce and defence. While in Auckland, Prime Minister will also interact with prominent business and sports personalities. In a reflection of the strong people-to-people ties that exist between India and New Zealand, Prime Minister will address a large gathering of the Indian Diaspora during the visit.
