2018 ರ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್‌ನ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಚಿತ್ರಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು 296 ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ಉದ್ದದ ಬುಂದೇಲ್‌ಖಂಡ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇಗೆ ಶಿಲಾನ್ಯಾಸ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. 14,849 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಿರುವ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇಯಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ರಕೂಟ, ಬಂಡಾ, ಮಹೋಬಾ, ಹಮೀರ್‌ಪುರ, ಜಲೌನ್, ಔರಿಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಇಟವಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ 10,000 ರೈತ ಉತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಚಾಲನೆಗೂ ಇಂದು ಚಿತ್ರಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಯಿತು. ಪಿಎಂ-ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು (ಕೆಸಿಸಿ) ವಿತರಿಸುವ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೂ ಅವರು ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೋದಿ, ಬುಂದೇಲ್‌ಖಂಡ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ವೇ, ಪೂರ್ವಾಂಚಲ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ವೇ ಅಥವಾ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿತ ಗಂಗಾ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ವೇ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಅನೇಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೊಡ್ಡ ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜನರನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಭೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಹಡಗುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜಲಾಂತರ್ಗಾಮಿ ನೌಕೆಗಳಿಂದ ಯುದ್ಧ ವಿಮಾನಗಳು, ಹೆಲಿಕಾಪ್ಟರ್‌ಗಳು, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವೇದಕಗಳವರೆಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ಬೃಹತ್ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಲಕರಣೆಗಳ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರು, ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಬಜೆಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್‌ಗೆ 3700 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೀಸಲಿರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬುಂದೇಲ್‌ಖಂಡ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ವೇಯಿಂದ ಸಹ ಯುಪಿ ಡಿಫೆನ್ಸ್ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ವೇಗ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ದೇಶದ ರೈತರ ಆದಾಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಶಸಕ್ತರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲು, ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರು 10,000 ರೈತ ಉತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (ಎಫ್‌ಪಿಒ) ಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಉತ್ಪಾದಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮಾತ್ರವಾಗಿದ್ದ ರೈತತು ಇನ್ನುಮುಂದೆ ಎಫ್‌ಪಿಒ ಮೂಲಕ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನೂ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ರೈತರಿಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಹಲವಾರು ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರು, ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೆಲೆ, ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ಯೂರಿಯಾದ 100% ಬೇವಿನ ಲೇಪನ, ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ಅಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿರುವ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ರೈತರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಲು ಎಫ್‌ಪಿಒಗಳು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತಮ ಬೆಲೆಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ದೇಶದ 100ಕ್ಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಗೊಂದರಂತೆ ಎಫ್‌ಪಿಒಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಎಫ್‌ಪಿಒಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನ ನೀಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಚಿತ್ರಕೂಟ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇಡೀ ಉತ್ತರಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಸುಮಾರು 2 ಕೋಟಿ ರೈತ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತಾರತಮ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 12 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು. ಬುಂಡೇಲ್‌ಖಂಡ್ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ರೈತನ ಜೇಬಿಗೆ ಏನೂ ತಲುಪದಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವರು ಇದನ್ನು ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರು. ಪಿಎಂ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಿಎಂ ಜೀವನ್ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ವಿಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಎಂ ಜೀವನ್ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ವಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. “ಇದು ಕಷ್ಟದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ 2 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ವಿಮಾ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಖಾತ್ರಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ರೈತರ ಆದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು 16 ಅಂಶಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು. ರೈತನು ತನ್ನ ಜಮೀನಿನಿಂದ ಕೆಲವೇ ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಹಾತ್ ಪಡೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ಅವನನ್ನು ದೇಶದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಈ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಹಾತ್ ಗಳು ಕೃಷಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯ ನೂತನ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಮಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Prime Minister congratulates successful candidates of Civil Services Examination, 2025

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated all those who have successfully cleared the Civil Services Examination, 2025. He said that their dedication, perseverance and hard work have enabled them to achieve this significant milestone.

The Prime Minister noted that clearing the Civil Services Examination marks the beginning of an important journey of public service. He wished the successful candidates the very best as they embark on the path of serving the nation and fulfilling the aspirations of the people.

The Prime Minister also conveyed his message to those who may not have secured the desired outcome in the examination. He acknowledged that such moments can be difficult, but emphasised that this is only one step in a larger journey.

Highlighting that many opportunities lie ahead, both in future examinations and in the many avenues through in which individuals can contribute to the nation, the Prime Minister extended his best wishes to them for the road ahead.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“Congratulations to all those who have successfully cleared the Civil Services Examination, 2025. Their dedication, perseverance and hard work have led to this significant milestone.

Wishing them the very best as they embark on a journey of serving the nation and fulfilling the aspirations of the people.”
