After retirement from the post of British high commissioner in Germany, Mr. Arthur is associated with world famous maritime security and training company MAST. Mr. Phili Cable, Chief Executive of MAST was also present in the meeting with the CM. Mr. Arthur gave presentation on MAST company’s maritime security project on Gujarat’s coastal security.
