प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय गणित ओलंपियाड में भारत के असाधारण प्रदर्शन पर अपार प्रसन्नता और गर्व व्यक्त किया है,जिसमें भारत ने अपना अब तक का सर्वश्रेष्ठ, चौथा स्थान प्राप्त किया।
भारतीय दल ने चार स्वर्ण पदक और एक रजत पदक जीता है।
एक्स पर अपनी पोस्ट में प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा;
"ये अत्यंत खुशी और गर्व की बात है कि भारत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय गणित ओलंपियाड में अपना अब तक के सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करते हुए चौथे स्थान पर आया है। हमारे दल ने 4 स्वर्ण और एक रजत पदक जीता है। ये उपलब्धि बहुत से अन्य युवाओं को प्रेरित करेगी और गणित को और भी ज्यादा लोकप्रिय बनाने में मदद करेगी।"
