आम चुनाव 2014 देश के साथ धोखेबाजी करने वालों को सबक सिखाने और जनकल्याण के लिए समर्पित सरकार को समर्थन देने वाला चुनाव है। यह बात श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने रविवार 20 अप्रैल की शाम थ्री डी रैली के चौथे दौर में कही। श्री मोदी ने इस दौरान सुशासन और समेकित विकास यानी जिसमें सभी वर्गों के विकास पर जोर हो को लेकर भी अपने विचार रखे। इस रैली में देशभर के करीब एक हजार स्थानों पर लाखों लोगों ने श्री मोदी को सुना।

कांग्रेस के देश को गुमराह करने वाले दावों और वादों की पोल खोलते हुए श्री मोदी ने कहा कि उनके गरीबी खत्म करने के दावे ढेर हो चुके हैं। ‘‘कांग्रेस के किए गए वादों को पीछे मुड़कर देखिए, उन्होंने कहा था देश से झुग्गियां गायब हो जाएंगी लेकिन क्या हुआ? आधा चुनाव निकल चुका है लेकिन वह अब झुग्गियां हटाने के मामले में कुछ बोलते ही नही हैं। उन्हें कोई चिंता नहीं है।’’

राष्ट्रहित की अनदेखी करने और परिवार हित को सबसे ऊपर समझने के कांग्रेस के नजरिये की भी श्री मोदी ने निंदा की। उन्होंने बताया कि कैसे देश को मातृभूमि समझने की बजाय महज जमीन का टुकड़ा समझने की प्रवृत्ति से देश और देशवासियों को खतरा है। ‘‘कांग्रेस की हरकतों से लगता है कि भारत उनके लिए मातृभूमि नहीं मात्र भूमि भर है। हमारे लिए भारत मातृभूमि है लेकिन कांग्रेस के लिए ‘मां’ की भूमि है। उन्हें चुनाव से परे भी कुछ सोचने की जरूरत है।’’

बीजेपी के लक्ष्य का जिक्र करते हुए श्री मोदी ने बताया कि वर्ष 2022 में देश अपनी आजादी के 75 वर्ष पूरा कर रहा होगा तब तक हर व्यक्ति को घर और मूलभूत सुविधाएं मुहैया कराने पर हमारा जोर होगा। श्री मोदी ने समझाया कि कैसे बीजेपी का जोर राष्ट्रनीति में है राजनीति में नहीं। लोगों को भयमुक्त वातावरण और युवाओं को रोजगार देने की पार्टी की प्राथमिकताओं के बारे में भी बताया। श्री मोदी ने कहा ‘‘महिला सशक्तिकरण और युवाओं को रोजगार हमारी प्राथमिकता होगी।’’ उन्होंने लोगों को विकास के नए अवसर खासकर कृषि क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध कराने की जरूरत भी बताई।

अमेठी में पार्टी की ओर से चुनाव लड़ रहीं स्मृति ईरानी का जिक्र करते हुए श्री मोदी ने कहा कि उनकी उम्मीदवारी ने कांग्रेस की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। घोषणा के महज दस दिनों के भीतर मां (कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष) को अपने बेटे को बचाने के लिए मोर्चा संभालना पड़ा। ‘‘स्मृति ईरानी और बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं को बधाई देता हूं। कांग्रेस डरी हुई है और सोच रही है मां-बेटे संसद में पहुंचेंगे या नहीं।’’

उन्होंने लोगों से बीजेपी को समर्थन देने और दिल्ली में एक स्थिर सरकार बनवाने के लिए मदद की अपील की। श्री मोदी ने कहा ‘‘भारत को ऐसे नेता नहीं चाहिए जिनका लक्ष्य कुर्सी बचाना हो। हमें मजबूत सरकार की जरूरत है।’’

गुजरात में रविवार शाम आए तूफान का जिक्र करते हुए श्री मोदी ने बताया कि उन्होंने अधिकारियों से इस मामले में जानकारी भी ली है।

The two leaders reaffirm their commitment to further strengthen the India–Brazil Strategic Partnership.
Both leaders note significant progress in trade and investment, technology, defence, energy, health, agriculture, and people-to-people ties.
The leaders also exchange views on regional and global issues of mutual interest.
PM conveys that he looks forward to welcoming President Lula to India at an early date.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi received a telephone call today from the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, His Excellency Mr. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen the India–Brazil Strategic Partnership and take it to even greater heights in the year ahead.

Recalling their meetings last year in Brasília and South Africa, the two leaders noted with satisfaction the significant progress achieved across diverse areas of bilateral cooperation, including trade and investment, technology, defence, energy, health, agriculture, and people-to-people ties.

The leaders also exchanged views on regional and global issues of mutual interest. They also underscored the importance of reformed multilateralism in addressing shared challenges.

Prime Minister Modi conveyed that he looked forward to welcoming President Lula to India at an early date.
