यह समझौता ज्ञापन रक्षा के क्षेत्र में द्विपक्षीय सहयोग को संस्थागत रूप देगा। सहयोग के प्रमुख क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण, कर्मियों और विशेषज्ञों का आदान-प्रदान, संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास, रक्षा उद्योग में सहयोग, रक्षा उपकरणों की आपूर्ति और अनुसंधान एवं विकास में सहयोग आदि शामिल हैं। |

भारत और कुवैत के बीच अवधि2025-2029 के लिए सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान कार्यक्रम (सीईपी)। |
सीईपी कला, संगीत, नृत्य, साहित्य और रंगमंच में ज्यादा सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान, सांस्कृतिक विरासत के संरक्षण में सहयोग, संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान और विकास तथा उत्सवों के आयोजन में मदद करेगा। |

खेल के क्षेत्र में अवधि(2025-2028)हेतु सहयोग के लिए कार्यकारी कार्यक्रम (ईपी) |
कार्यकारी कार्यक्रम भारत और कुवैत के बीच खेल के क्षेत्र में द्विपक्षीय सहयोग को मजबूत करेगा, जिसमें अनुभव साझा करने के लिए स्पोर्ट्स लीडर्स की यात्राओं को बढ़ावा देना, खेल के क्षेत्र में कार्यक्रमों और परियोजनाओं में भागीदारी, खेल चिकित्सा, खेल प्रबंधन, खेल मीडिया, खेल विज्ञान आदि में विशेषज्ञता का आदान-प्रदान शामिल है। |

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन (आईएसए) में कुवैत की सदस्यता।
|
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन सामूहिक रूप से सौर ऊर्जा के उपयोग को कवर करता है तथा सदस्य देशों को कम कार्बन विकास पथ विकसित करने में सहायता करने के लिए सौर ऊर्जा के उपयोग को बढ़ाने में आने वाली प्रमुख आम चुनौतियों को संबोधित करता है। |
