Cyber world celebrates Shri Modi's pivotal role in the judgment of 22 Indians

Shri Narendra Modi’s diplomatic efforts and statesmanship paid rich dividends when a Chinese court set free 13 Indian diamond traders who were languishing in Chinese prisons for 2 years. During his visit to China last month, Shri Modi strongly raised the issue of these prisoners and requested the Chinese authorities to quicken the judicial process with regard to 22 Indian prisoners.

The release has brought smiles on the faces of the families of the prisoners who had met Shri Modi before his visit and requested him to take up their cause.

Prime Minister expresses grief over mishap in Coimbatore

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has expressed deep anguish over the mishap in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Shri Modi said that he is distressed to hear about the incident and extended his heartfelt condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the mishap.
