Shri Modi directly challenged the Congress and the Rajasthan Government led by Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot to answer the people on what they have done in the last five years instead of making allegations against others to hide their misdeeds. Shri Modi also said that the nation has seen through these games of the Congress and they are not going to accept this any longer. Shri Modi urged the people to vote for the BJP in the State Elections and make Smt. Vasundhara Raje ji the Chief Minister of the state.

Speaking in Kota, Shri Narendra Modi said that he has come to a ‘Mini India’ where youngsters from all over the nation come for coaching classes. Shri Modi wonderfully exposed the Congress’ false sympathy for the poor, saying that the Congress Vice President prefers to go to the homes of poor across India with media and cameramen in tow but near the Congress Vice President’s residence, which falls in the constituency of Delhi Chief Minister Smt. Sheila Dixit there is a Jhuggi with poor sanitation facilities. “They see the poor only where there are camerapersons but not the poor in their vicinity,” Shri Modi affirmed.

Reacting to the UPA Chairperson’s statement likening the BJP to poison, Shri Modi stated, “Why is it that they remember poison when they are in Rajasthan?” Reminding the people of the ‘power is poison’ statement earlier this year, Shri Modi further elaborated, “Who has been in power for the longest duration? Who has tasted poison the most? So who can spread the poison? It is the Congress Party!”

Shri Modi was critical of the Congress Party for betraying the people by being unable to fulfill the promises made to them. He asked the Congress what happened to the Congress’ promise of bringing down prices in 100 days?

In Banswara, Shri Modi talked about the rich contribution of the tribal communities in India’s history and their importance in India’s culture. Shri Modi also brought out the Congress’ apathy towards the tribal communities and questioned the party on why it did not create a separate department for tribal affairs when it should have been done the moment India attained freedom. Shri Modi said that it was former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee who created a separate department for the tribal communities and devoted a separate budget dedicated for their welfare. Shri Modi opined that the poor, the marginalized sections of society are not people but voters in the eyes of the Congress and that explains their lack of concern.

Shri Modi’s public meetings were attended by large number of people, BJP leaders and Karyakartas.
