Finance and Transport Minister Vajubhai Vala said that rights and duty are the two sides of a coin and must exist together. He called upon the ST employees to work for the service of the commuters, keeping in line with Gujarat Government’s mantra for development ‘ Sauno Saath, Sauno Vikas’.
