Zero tolerance for terrorism urges Modi

Narendra Modi met the family members of Major Rakesh Ramani killed in an encounter in Kashmir to pay him a tribute.

Narendra Modi mentioned that Government should adopt zero tolerance against terrorism.

He mentioned that “Since the last 25 years due to terrorism many innocent youth have lost their life and it’s very unfortunate that more people have been killed due to terrorism than the ones who sacrificed their lives on the battle field”.

He said Major Rakesh Ramani’s death is an unrecoverable loss not only for his family but for Gujarat state as well. We all share their sorrow in the tragedy that has befallen on them.

The 27-year-old Major was killed in a gunbattle with the terrorists in Kupwara district Kashmir on June 7.

Major Ramani is the eldest son Vallbhbhai Ramani, a Charted Accountant residing in Vikram Park Socieity in Bapunagar area of the city here. His body was brought to the city on June 9 and was later creamated.

Prime Minister lauds Andhra Pradesh’s Yogandhra 2025 Initiative

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi today appreciated the vibrant participation of yoga enthusiasts at the Yogandhra 2025 event held near Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. The event, organized amid the breathtaking Puligundu Twin Hills where over 2,000 yoga enthusiasts gathered to kickoff to Andhra Pradesh’s month-long lead-up to International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025.

Quoting a post shared by Union Minister, Shri Prataprao Jadhav on social media platform X, the Prime Minister said;
