At the invitation of Swedish PM Ulf Kristersson, PM Modi paid a visit to Sweden. He held talks with the Swedish PM and elevated the India-Sweden relationship to the level of a Strategic Partnership. The PM was conferred with the ‘Royal Order of the Polar Star, Degree Commander Grand Cross’ by HRH Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden. He also addressed the ERT in the presence of European Commission President, highlighting the growing momentum in India-EU relations.
