While addressing a public meeting in Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh PM Narendra Modi said that the state government must let people know about the progress made in last five years. He alleged that due to elections, UP government inaugurated incomplete construction work of Lucknow metro. Shri Modi stated, “Seeing upcoming state elections, UP government inaugurated incomplete metro work in Lucknow! I invite Akhilesh ji to come to Lucknow, I will also be there and let us undertake a metro ride. Am surprised that neither trains are running nor stations are complete and you’ve inaugurated the project!”
He also accused the UP government of inaugurating a hospital where medication facilities are yet to begin and doctors are not available.
