Gujarat celebrated the 150th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda with a series of programmes, held over a period of time. Various programmes acknowledging Swami Vivekananda's ideologies and focused initiatives at implementing them marked the celebrations in Gujarat.
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has congratulated Shilpa Kanchugarakoppalu Shyla on winning the Bronze medal in the Women’s Shot Put F57 Final at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2026.
The Prime Minister said that Shilpa’s personal best throw made the achievement even more remarkable.
Shri Modi congratulated her on the accomplishment.
