Prime Minister greets everyone on Onam

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has greeted everyone on the auspicious occasion of Onam.

The Prime Minister said in X posts;

“Onam greetings to everyone! May your lives be showered with good health, unparalleled joy and immense prosperity. Over the last many years, Onam has become a global festival and it beautifully showcases the vibrant culture of Kerala.”
“ഏവർക്കും ഓണാശംസകൾ! നിങ്ങളുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ നല്ല ആരോഗ്യം, സമാനതകളില്ലാത്ത സന്തോഷം, അപാരമായ സമൃദ്ധി എന്നിവ വർഷിക്കട്ടെ. കഴിഞ്ഞ കുറേ വർഷങ്ങളായി ഓണം ഒരു ആഗോള ഉത്സവമായി മാറി, അത് കേരളത്തിന്റെ ഊർജ്ജസ്വലമായ സംസ്കാരത്തെ മനോഹരമായി പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.”

Prime Minister condoles the loss of lives in a mishap at a cracker factory in Thrissur, Keralam

PM announces ex-gratia from PMNRF

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the loss of lives due to a mishap at a cracker factory in Thrissur, Keralam. Shri Modi also wished speedy recovery for those injured in the mishap.

The Prime Minister announced an ex-gratia from PMNRF of Rs. 2 lakh to the next of kin of each deceased and Rs. 50,000 for those injured.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

“Saddened to hear about the loss of lives due to the mishap at a cracker factory in Thrissur, Keralam. My deepest condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. May the injured recover at the earliest: PM @narendramodi"
