PM condoles the passing away of eminent writer, Shri Buddhadeb Guha

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed deep grief over the passing away of eminent writer, Shri Buddhadeb Guha.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;

"Shri Buddhadeb Guha’s writings were multifaceted and displayed great sensitivity to the environment. His works were enjoyed across generations, particularly among youngsters. His passing away is a big loss to the literary world. Condolences to his family and admirers. Om Shanti."

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, paid tributes to Acharya Vinoba Bhave on his Jayanti.

The Prime Minister said that Acharya Vinoba Bhave’s stirring call of ‘Jai Jagat’ transcended every boundary and placed humanity above all.

Shri Modi said that through his various efforts, Acharya Vinoba Bhave worked towards the welfare and empowerment of all.

The Prime Minister added that his unwavering faith in equality, dignity and service gave strength to the most marginalised.

Shri Modi posted on X;
