The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi today landed in Ufa, Russia. Shri Modi was received warmly at the airport.

PM Modi has hoped of productive meetings and interactions at the BRICS and SCO Summits.

"It is very special to be in Russia, a Nation whose remarkable friendship with India has always been known.

I am hopeful of productive meetings and interactions at the BRICS and SCO Summits, forums we attach immense importance to", the Prime Minister said.

Shri Modi stated that the Indian Coast Guard have made a mark for standing as a steadfast shield along our shores, and their unwavering commitment to maritime security, swift disaster response and protection of our marine ecosystem is commendable.
