PM congratulates defence scientists on the successful demonstration of ballistic missile defence capability

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated the defence scientists on the successful demonstration of India's ballistic missile defence capability.

"Hearty congratulations to our defence scientists for the successful demonstration of ballistic missile defence capability.
With this, India joins the select group of five nations with such capability- a proud moment for the entire country.", the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi condoled loss of lives in a tragic air crash in Baramati district of Maharashtra. "My thoughts are with all those who lost their loved ones in the crash. Praying for strength and courage for the bereaved families in this moment of profound grief", Shri Modi stated.


The Prime Minister posted on X:

"महाराष्ट्रातील बारामती येथे झालेल्या दुर्दैवी विमान अपघातामुळे मी अत्यंत दुःखी आहे. या अपघातात आपल्या प्रियजनांना गमावलेल्या सर्वांच्या दुःखात मी सहभागी आहे. या दुःखाच्या क्षणी शोकाकुल कुटुंबांना शक्ती आणि धैर्य मिळो, ही प्रार्थना करतो."
