Shri Modi came down heavily on the State Government in Jharkhand, saying that it was essential to give the father and son a break. “They could not give you roads, electricity, water, education and healthcare. So what were they doing?” he asked. He also highlighted the Congress’ lack of concern towards the tribal communities, saying that it was Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee who created a separate Ministry for tribal communities, allotted a separate budget and appointed a minister.
