"Apradh Mukt Rajneeti should be our aim. There will be no discrimination in punishing the guilty: Shri Modi"

The second round of the 3D Bharat Vijay rally, on the evening of 14th April, saw Shri Narendra Modi speaking to a cross section of people from nearly hundred locations spread across 15 states in the country. In his address to the people through 3D technology, Shri Modi affirmed the need for a development-oriented and inclusive approach to ensure a bright future for the Nation, and appealed to the people to vote for the BJP to ensure this.

During the second round of the rally, which coincided with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s birth anniversary, Shri Modi recalled the message of social harmony given by Dr. Ambedkar, and encouraged the people to unite and work towards the progress of the Nation. Shri Modi spoke of how the Congress had destroyed the mantra given by Dr. Ambedkar, by practicing votebank and divisive politics. Congress believed in political untouchability and due to this Babasaheb Ambedkar suffered,” said Shri Modi. The Congress’ disregard for Dr. Ambedkar was evident in the fact that he was not honoured with the Bharat Ratna by the Congress government, even after years of his death, and it was the BJP who bestowed Dr. Ambedkar with the honour after coming to power.

Exposing the blatant lies of the Congress, Shri Modi spoke of how the Congress Vice President falsely claimed to have ensured many rights for the people, while it was Dr. Ambedkar who had instituted all these basic rights in the Indian Constitution. He remembered the significant efforts of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji in empowering the Dalits and the oppressed, and cited many initiatives like the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan and the Antyodaya Yojana, which were instituted under Atal ji’s government and directed towards enabling the Dalits and the underprivileged to prosper. He also spoke of how the separate Ministry for the welfare of the tribals, formed by Shri Vajpayee, had gone a long way in fulfilling the dream of Dr. Ambedkar for social reformation. Shri Modi urged the people to rise over social evils, and by evoking the spirit of ‘Samata’ and ‘Samarasta’ (equality), work towards achieving the objective of social inclusiveness and progress for all.

Shri Modi criticized the Congress VP’s childlike approach to development which involved him speaking on ‘toffees’ at a recent address. Shri Modi spoke of how this naivety would not help the Nation, but it was an experienced approach that was the need-of-the-hour. He drew the Congress VP’s attention to the fact that Gujarat had won innumerable laurels for its development model from prestigious institutes like the UN, and even stated how the Centre had affirmed in its recent report that Gujarat topped the list of states with the least unemployment ratio.

Speaking on the grave concern of corrupt politics being witnessed in the country, Shri Modi asserted the BJP’s prime focus on ensuring an ‘apradh-mukt raajneeti’ (clean politics), by instituting separate courts, under the SC, for all pending cases related to MPs and Ministers, and focusing on redressing the cases within one year.

Shri Modi asserted that the BJP’s victory has already been decided by the people of India. He appealed to the people, especially the youth, to stop experimenting with governance, and instead become firm and support the BJP so as to ensure a better and brighter future for the Nation.

Shri Modi also extended greetings on the occasion of Bihu, Poila Boishakh and Baisakhi and conveyed New Year wishes to the people of India.

During the interaction, the PM reflected on his recent visits across various parts of West Bengal, highlighting the remarkable enthusiasm, energy and growing support for the BJP among the people. He credited this momentum to the tireless efforts and dedication of booth-level karyakartas.

The PM appreciated the positive response to the BJP’s Sankalp Patra (manifesto), stating that citizens across the state have described it as practical, implementable, and focused on holistic development and welfare.

PM Modi acknowledged these concerns and emphasised the need for continuous engagement with citizens at the grassroots level. He urged karyakartas to strengthen booth-level organisation through regular outreach and small group meetings, actively connect with women, youth, farmers and first-time voters , clearly communicate the benefits and vision outlined by the BJP, ensure transparency, development and safety, use social media and digital tools effectively to amplify facts and counter misinformation.
