PM Modi meets Former Prime Minister of Nepal, Mr. Sher Bahadur Deuba

Shri Sher Bahadur Deuba, former Prime Minister of Nepal, called on Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi yesterday.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said that India is fully committed to supporting Nepal in the post-earthquake reconstruction effort.

The Prime Minister appreciated the progress achieved in resolving outstanding Constitutional issues in Nepal, and expressed hope that all such issues would be resolved at the earliest in a spirit of cooperation and collaboration.

Prime Minister highlights values of harmony and compassion on Good Friday

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, said that Good Friday reminds us of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

Shri Modi expressed hope that the day deepens the values of harmony, compassion and forgiveness.

He said that brotherhood and hope should guide everyone.

In a X post, Shri Modi said;
