Both leaders exchange sweets after BJP win in 2012 Gujarat Assembly Elections

After leading the Bharatiya Janata Party to a resounding victory in the 2012 Gujarat Assembly Elections, Shri Narendra Modi met former Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Keshubhai Patel. Shri Patel congratulated Shri Modi and the two leaders offered sweets to each other.

Earlier, Shri Modi had Tweeted, “Going to meet Shri Keshubhai Patel in Gandhinagar.”

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today congratulated Donald Trump on taking charge as the 47th President of the United States.
