3 days to go to ‘Hangout’ with Narendra Modi

Shri Narendra Modi sets an example again! Countdown to the 1st Google+ Hangout with a political leader in India begins!

Extraordinary response to Shri Narendra Modi’s Google+ Hangout session to be held on 31st August 2012 

Noted Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn to host the session that will be the cynosure of many eyes across the world 

Questions for the Hangout coming in from all parts of India and the world on a variety of issues 

This is the first time an Indian leader is hosting such a session! Other leaders who have hosted Hangouts include President Obama and Australia’s PM Julia Gillard

 

On the evening of 31st August 2012, a Google+ Hangout session will be held with Shri Narendra Modi. The Hangout is a historic moment as this is the first time an Indian political leader is using the forum to engage with people across the world. Other leaders who have held Google+ Hangout sessions include USA President Barack Obama and the Prime Minister of Australia Julia Gilliard.

Noted Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has been invited by Google toanchor the entire Hangout session.

Shri Modi will answer questions on ‘Strong and Glorious India Long Cherished by Swami Vivekananda.’ The interactive session will be aired LIVE on http://www.narendramodi.in

 

 

So far, the Hangout has received an extraordinary response from all corners of the globe. People are writing in from Australia, Netherlands, USA, UK, and Africa as well as from each and every state of India, as has been gathered from Google Analytics. This vast geographic spread truly indicates the popularity of Shri Modi both within and outside the shores of India.

There is as much diversity as far as the nature of questions is concerned. While many people are interested to know about Gujarat’s phenomenal growth story, many are asking Shri Modi about his vision for specific sectors. A large number of questions pertain to Shri Modi’s vision to get India back on track after the colossal failures of the UPA. Other questions seek his views on casteism in politics, his views on the anti-corruption movements, thoughts of challenges to national security and how he handles criticism from the media.
