The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi said that the concrete steps taken by government to increase the popularity of electric vehicles are now visible across the country.

In a tweet Union Minister for Heavy Industries, Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey informed that country is rapidly adopting electric vehicles with the vision of Net Zero Emission.

In reply to the tweet by Union Minister the Prime Minister tweeted;

“बहुत उत्साहवर्धक जानकारी! इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की लोकप्रियता बढ़ाने के लिए हमारी सरकार ने जो ठोस कदम उठाए हैं, उसका असर अब देशभर में दिखने लगा है।”

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi paid homage to Parbati Giri Ji on her birth centenary today. Shri Modi commended her role in the movement to end colonial rule, her passion for community service and work in sectors like healthcare, women empowerment and culture.

In separate posts on X, the PM said:
