महाकौशल ने भाजपा को बार-बार आशीर्वाद दिया है, इस बार भी महाकौशल ने भाजपा की महाविजय तय कर दी है। ये नजारा और बारह-एक बजे की धूप में, भाइयों-बहनों, ये जनता जनार्दन की गारंटी है भाजपा को जिताने की। गारंटी किसको कहते हैं वो यहां नजर आ रहा है। ये विजय की गारंटी है, जनता जनार्दन की गारंटी है। जनता जनार्दन के आशीर्वाद से निकली हुई गारंटी है। भाइयों-बहनों हमारे MP को सुशासन की निरंतरता चाहिए। हमारे MP को विकास की निरंतरता चाहिए। इसलिए, मध्य प्रदेश कह रहा है, मध्य प्रदेश एक स्वर से कह रहा है। भाजपा है, तो भरोसा है। भाजपा है, तो विकास है। भाजपा है, तो बेहतर भविष्य है। और मध्य प्रदेश से एक ही आवाज सुनाई दे रही है, मध्य प्रदेश का बच्चा-बच्चा कह रहा है एमपी के मन में... एमपी के मन में... एमपी के मन में...और मोदी के मन में... मोदी के मन में... मोदी के मन में...और इसलिए, फिर एक बार... फिर एक बार... फिर एक बार... भाइयों-बहनों ये नाता है। सात जन्म लेने के बाद भी ऐसा प्यार पाना बहुत मुश्किल होता है। जो प्यार आप दे रहे हैं, जो आशीर्वाद आप दे रहे हैं जीवन को धन्य बना देते हैं माता-पिता के ये आशीर्वाद... (आडियो बहुत कमजोर है)... धन्य हो जाता... और मैं आज इस मिट्टी पर आकर के आपके आशीर्वाद से एक नई ऊर्जा लेकर के जा रहा हूं। और मेरा तो आज का दिवस ही बडे पवित्र वातावरण में प्रारंभ हुआ। जिनके प्रति मेरा अपार श्रद्धा है ऐसे देवतुल्य परमपुज्य विद्यासागर जी महाराज के चरणों में बैठने का मुझे मौका मिला। उनके आशीर्वाद लिए और उनके विचारों को सुन करके मन बहुत प्रभावित हो गया। साधना में रत जीवन को पूर्णतया अपरिग्रह के सिद्धातों पर ईश्वरीय शक्ति से जोड़ने वाले पुज्य विद्यासागर जी महाराज के विचार उनके आशीर्वाद आज के दिन की मेरी शुरुआत नई प्राणशक्ति बन गई है। और आज यहां पर आपके आशीर्वाद, जनता जनार्दन के आशीर्वाद ये अपनेआप में बहुत बड़ी ताकत है। मैं साफ कहता हूं दोस्तों, ये जो राजनीति में गुणा-भाग करने वाली एक टोली रहती है, हिसाब-किताब करती रहती है, पांच दस लोगों को पूछकर मन बना लेती है, वो जरा यहां आकर नजर कर ले, विजय कहां होती है, ये दिखता है। हमारे सांसद महोदय मुझे कह रहे थे कि तीस साल के बाद कोई प्रधानमंत्री यहां आया है। देखिए ये सौभाग्य भी मुझे ही मिला। आपका आशीर्वाद पाना ये तो भी सौभाग्य होता है। और सौभाग्य के कारण आज मैं आपके बीच आ गया।

मेरे परिवारजनों,
एमपी के मन में मोदी क्यों है, इसका एक उदाहरण पीएम गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना है। कोरोना के काल में मेरे मन में एक ही विचार चलता था था। दुनिया भर में इतना बड़ा संकट आया है। परिवार का एक-एक व्यक्ति जान बचाने के लिए भय के बीच जी रहा है। बाहर जाना मुश्किल, काम करना मुश्किल, काम चलाना मुश्किल तब मेरे दिल में एक ही विचार आया था कि मैं इस कोरोना के खिलाफ लड़ाई में जितना कर सकता हूं करूंगा। मैं हार नहीं मानूंगा, मैं पीछे नहीं हटूंगा। मैं जंग के मैदान में रहूंगा और कोरोना से लड़ाई लड़ता रहूंगा। मेरे देशवासियों को बचाने के लिए जो करना पड़े करूंगा। और उस वेदना में से, उस कोरोना में से, उस संवेदना में से मेरा पहला संकल्प बना था कि मैं इतने बड़े संकट में किसी भी गरीब के घर का चूल्हा बूझने नहीं दूंगा। गरीब से गरीब के घर का चूल्हा जलता रहे, बच्चे कभी भूखे सो न जाए इसके लिए मैं जागता रहता था। और भाइयों-बहनों कोरोना काल से लेकर अब तक 80 करोड़ लोगों को हमने गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना की तरह मुफ्त राशन देने की योजना चलाई। हमारे मध्य प्रदेश में करीब 5 करोड़ हमारे परिवारजन हमारे 5 करोड़ साथी उनके घरों में ये मुफ्त राशन पहुंचा उनका चूल्हा कभी बूझा नहीं। मां को कभी रोते-बिलखते बच्चे देखने नहीं पड़े। और इसलिए भाइयों-बहनों वैसे तो ये योजना एक महीने के बाद दिसंबर महीने में पूरी हो रही है। लेकिन मैं तो गरीबी से निकला हूं, गरीबी क्या होती है, वो मुझे किताबों में नहीं पढ़ना पड़ता है। मैं गरीबी को जीकर के आया हूं। मैं गरीब के दर्द को महसूस करता हूं। और इसलिए आपके बेटे ने आपके भाई ने एक बहुत बड़ा निर्णय मन में पक्का कर लिया है। दिसंबर महीना में ये योजना पूरी होगी, मेरा निश्चय है कि आने वाले पांच वर्ष के लिए फिर से एक बार मुफ्त राशन की गारंटी देंगे हम पांच वर्ष के लिए। मैं आपका बहुत आभारी हूं कि ये सुनकर के आपको चेतना आई है। मेरा निर्णय सही होगा ये आपके आशीर्वाद से दिख रहा है। और इस पर केंद्र सरकार लाखों करोड़ रुपया खर्च करने वाली है। आप याद कीजिए, 2014 से पहले कांग्रेस का एक-एक घोटाला हर घोटाला लाखों करोड़ों का हुआ करता था। अब भाजपा सरकार में घोटाले नहीं होते। गरीब के हक का जो पैसा हमने बचाया है वो अब गरीब के राशन पर खर्च हो रहा है। घोटालेबाज कांग्रेस सरकार और गरीबों की भाजपा सरकार में यही सबसे बड़ा अंतर है।

मेरे परिवारजनों,
हमारे आदिवासी परिवारों में लखन कुंवर जी के मंदिर में। पूजा अर्चना से खेती शुरू करने की मान्यता है। सिवनी की ये पुण्यभूमि शहीद बिंदु कुमारी, रानी दुर्गावती और राजा शंकर शाह की धरती है। माँ भारती की रक्षा और हमारी संस्कृति की रक्षा में हमारे आदिवासी वीरांगनाओं का योगदान यहां के कण-कम में दिखता है। लेकिन कांग्रेस ने बीते दशकों में भारत की आजादी का सारा श्रेय सिर्फ एक ही परिवार के नाम कर दिया। कांग्रेस के लिए अपने एक परिवार से बड़ा कोई और है ही नहीं। जहां कांग्रेस सरकार में रहती है वहां सरकारी योजनाएं, वह के रास्ते और गलियां भी सबकुछ उसी परिवार के नाम कर दी जाती है। यहां तक की एमपी के घोषणापत्र में भी सिर्फ वही एक परिवार दिखता है।

साथियों ये भाजपा है, जिसके लिए हर गरीब हर पिछड़ा, हर दलित, हर आदिवासी भाजपा परिवार का सदस्य है, मेरा परिवारजन है। ये भाजपा ही है जिसने आदिवासी समाज के विकास के लिए अलग मंत्रालय, अलग बजट बनाया। आजकल एक कांग्रेस के नेता आदिवासियों में जा करके झूठ फैलाने की फैक्टरी खोल रहे हैं। भांति- भांति के भ्रम फैलाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। कांग्रेसवालों के तो मुंह में आदिवासी नाम शब्द शोभा नहीं देता। कोई मुझे बताए भाई, आप मेरे सवाल का जवाब देंगे। मेरे सवाल का जवाब देंगे। सब के सब देंगे? क्या ये आदिवासी समाज भाजपा सरकार बनने के बाद आया क्या? क्या ये हमारा आदिवासी समाज सैकड़ों सालों से है कि नहीं? क्या ये हमारा आदिवासी समाज भगवान राम के जमाने में था कि नहीं? क्या हमारी इस आदिवासी समाज ने राजकुमार राम को पुरुषोत्तम राम बनाया कि नहीं बनाया? क्या ये हमारे आदिवासी समाज ने भगवान राम को भी संभाला कि नहीं संभाला? आदिवासी समाज इतना पुराना है, लेकिन कांग्रेस वालों को पांच-पांच दशक तक राज करने के बाद आदिवासी शब्द नहीं सुना था उन्होंने। आदिवासी कहां रहता है उसका पता नहीं था। उनको कभी विचार नहीं आया कि जनजातीय समाज के कल्याण के लिए विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है। पहली बार जब आप सबने अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी भाजपा के नेता को देश का प्रधानमंत्री बनाया। आजादी के पांच छह दशक के बाद ये अटल जी थे ये भाजपा सरकार थी, ये हमारे संस्कार थे, हमने आदिवासियों के लिए अलग मंत्रालय बनाया। भारत सरकार में पहली बार जनजातीय लोगों के विकास और प्रगति के लिए मंत्रालय बना, मंत्री अलग बने, डिपार्टमेंट अलग बना, बजट अलग लगा और उस बजट का हिसाब किताब होने लगा कि मेरे जनजातीय बंधु भगिनी का विकास हो रहा है की नहीं हो रहा है। ये काम करने वाले हमलोग है। और आजकल गांव-गावं जाकर के झूठ बोला जा रहा है, आदिवासियों को भ्रमित किया जा रहा है आग फैलाने की कोशिश की जा रही है। मेरे आदिवासी भाई-बहन पहले आपको अंधेरे में रख करके लूटा है। अब आपको गुमराह करके लूटने के खेल खेले जा रहे हैं। मैं आपसे वादा करता हूँ, जिन्होंने राजकुमार राम को परमात्मा राम बना दिया, हम तो उन आदिवासियों के पुजारी हैं, भक्त हैं भक्त। ये भाजपा है जिसने भगवान बिरसा मुंडा के जन्मदिन यानि 15 नवंबर को, अभी 10 दिन के बाद ही आने वाला है। 15 नवंबर को पूरे हिंदुस्तान में जनजातीय गौरव दिवस घोषित किया है, पूरा देश मनाएगा। ये भाजपा है, जो जबलपुर में रानी दुर्गावती के नाम पर भव्य स्मारक बना रहा है। ये भाजपा है जिसने भोपाल में देश के आधुनिक रेलवे स्टेशन का नाम रानी कमलापति के नाम पर रखा। आज एमपी में पातालपानी स्टेशन जननायक टंट्या भील के नाम पर है। छिंदवाड़ा विश्वविद्यालय का नाम राजा शंकर शाह पर है। तो मंडला मेडिकल कॉलेज का नाम राजा हृदय शाह के नाम पर रखा गया है।


साथियों
ये भाजपा ही है जिसने पहली बार, बैगा, भारिया और सहारिया जैसी पिछड़ी जनजातियों की सुध ली है। इनके विकास के लिए भाजपा सरकार 15 हज़ार करोड़ रुपए का एक खास मिशन शुरू करने जा रही है। आपने पीएम विश्वकर्मा योजना के बारे में भी जरूर सुना होगा। ये पीएम विश्वकर्मा योजना उन लोगों के लिए है जिनको कोई पूछने के लिए तैयार नहीं था। ये विश्वकर्मा समाज कौन है भाई। हमारे कुम्हार जो मिट्टी का काम करते हैं, हमारे लोहार जो लोहे का काम करते हैं, हमारे राजमिस्त्री जो मकान चूनते हैं, हमारे बढ़ई, हमारे कपड़े धोने वाले भाई-बहन, कपड़े सिलने वाले भाई बहन ऐसे अनेक लोगों के लिए हमने प्रधानमंत्री विश्वकर्मा योजना बनाई है। और करीब-करीब 15,000 करोड़ रुपया उनको नए बाजार लेने के लिए बाजार, ट्रेनिंग लेने के लिए और आगे चल करके बैंक से पैसा, और उनके कारोबार को दुनिया में फैलाने के लिए। इन कामों से भी अधिकतर गरीब, दलित, पिछड़े और आदिवासी परिवार ही जुड़े हैं। इस योजना पर भी केंद्र सरकार करीब-करीब 15,000 करोड़ रुपया खर्च करने जा रही।

मेरे परिवारजनों,
मध्य प्रदेश में यहाँ कांग्रेस चुनाव नहीं लड़ रही। आपको आश्चर्य होगा, मैं कह रहा हूं, मध्य प्रदेश में कांग्रेस चुनाव नहीं लड़ रही है। उसको चुनाव जीतना नहीं है, उसको मालूम है, वो तो चुनाव लड़ने का ढोंग कर रही है, ताकि कहीं डोनेशन वोनेशन करने के लिए मौका मिल जाए। असली लड़ाई क्या चल रही है? कांग्रेस मुख्यमंत्री की कुर्सी के लिए नहीं लड़ रही है। वो तो माना है कि यहां भाजपा का यह पक्का है। लेकिन क्यों लड़ रहे हो? वो इस बात के लिए मैदान में लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं कि आगे चलकर के किसका बेटा कांग्रेस का मुखिया बनेगा? कपड़े फाड़ने में लगे हैं एक दूसरे के कपड़े फाड़। और लड़ाई यही है कि इसका बेटा कांग्रेस में कब्जा करेगा कि उसका बेटा कांग्रेस पर कब्जा करेगा। यहां के दो बड़े नेता अपन-अपने बेटों को आने वाले दिनों में सेट करने के लिए मध्य प्रदेश को अपसेट करने में लगे हुए हैं। जिनको अपने-अपने बेटों की चिंता है, आप मुझे बताइए जिनको अपने बेटे-बेटी की चिंता है वो कभी आपके बेटे-बेटी के लिए सोचेंगे क्या? आपके बेटे-बेटी का भाग्य उनको सुझेगा क्या? आपके बेटे-बेटी के लिए कुछ करेंगे क्या? तो ऐसे लोगों की कोई जरूरत है क्या? जरूरत है क्या? मध्य प्रदेश के युवा साथी जो इस चुनाव में पहली बार वोट डालेंगे। उन्हें यह बात खासतौर पर समझनी होगी। कांग्रेस का ना तो अपना कोई भविष्य है और न ही उसके पास एमपी के लिए एमपी के युवाओं के लिए कोई भविष्य की योजना है, कोई रोड मैप। कांग्रेस के लिए तो आज भी, उनकी बातें सुनिए, क्या कह रहे हैं? दादा-दादी ये किया, नाना नानी ये किया। और इसलिए हमे वोट दो क्योंकि वो हमारे दादा दादी थे, हमे वोट दो क्योंकि वो हमारे नाना-नानी थे। जबकि भाजपा आपके भविष्य के लिए यहां के नौजवानों के भविष्य के लिए काम कर रही। भाजपा मध्य प्रदेश को विकसित बनाना चाहिए। मध्य प्रदेश को विकास की नई ऊंचाई देना चाहती है। आज ये जो आधुनिक सड़कें बन रही है, ये किस के लिए बन रही है भाई? ये जो आधुनिक ट्रेनें चलनी शुरू हुई है ये किसके लिए है। ये हमारे एमपी के युवाओं के उज्ज्वल भविष्य बनाने के लिए। कौशल क्षेत्र में जैसे जैसे आधुनिक रेलवे और चौड़े हाईवे का जाल फैलेगा वैसे-वैसे यहां नए औद्योगिक गलियारे बनेंगे। आज भारत पूरी दुनिया भर के पर्यटकों की पसंद बन रहा है। यहां तो नेशनल पार्क है, इसे मोगली का घर भी कहा जाता है। इसलिए सिवनी सहित इस पूरे जनजातीय क्षेत्र में पर्यटन आधारित रोजगारी को प्रोत्साहन दिया जा रहा है।

मेरे परिवारजनों,
भाजपा की बहुत बड़ी प्राथमिकता है गरीब का जीवन आसान बने। मध्यम वर्ग का जीवन आसान बने। एक समय था, जब आपको छोटी छोटी बातों के लिए भी सरकारी दफ्तरों के चक्कर काटने पड़ते थे। लेकिन भाजपा ने सारी सुविधा अब आपके फ़ोन पर ही उपलब्ध करा दी है। अच्छा, आज आप जो रैली में आए हैं.. एक काम करेंगे? काम करेंगे? एक काम कीजिए आपका जो मोबाइल फ़ोन है ना वो ज़रा हाथ में लेकर के मुझे दिखाइए। सब अपना मोबाइल फोन दिखाइए। अब आप अपने हाथों में फ़ोन दिखाया है, आप जानते हैं? ये मोबाइल फ़ोन आपके पास है उसकी कीमत किसकी वजह से कम हुई है। ये भाजपा सरकार की वजह से कम हुआ है। अगर भाजपा सरकार नहीं होती तो आपके पास जो मोबाइल है उसकी कीमत आज भी कई गुणा ज्यादा रहती। भाजपा सरकार की नीतियों की वजह से आज देश में सस्ते स्मार्टफोन बन रहे हैं। मेरी गरीब भाई बहनों को भी अच्छे फॉर्म के हाथ की शोभा बढ़ा रहे हैं। जब कांग्रेस सरकार थी तब हमारे देश में मोबाइल फ़ोन बनाने वाली सिर्फ दो फैक्ट्रियां थी। कितनी? कितनी फैक्ट्रियां थीं? मोबाइल फ़ोन बनाने की कितनी फैक्ट्रियां थीं जरा जोर से बोलिए कितनी थी? आज भाजपा सरकार में दो से बढकर के दो सौ से ज्यादा फैक्ट्रियां मोबाइल फ़ोन बना रही है। और इसलिए ये फोन सस्ता हुआ है सभी को आसानी से मिल रहा है। आपको एक और बात बता दूं आपलोग ये मोबाइल में जो डेटा इस्तेमाल करते हैं। वो भी भाजपा सरकार ने ही सस्ता करवाया है। अगर कांग्रेस सरकार रहती तो आज जो आपका मोबाइल का बिल 400-500 रुपये तक आता है, वो 5000 रुपये से कम नहीं आता। अगर इतना बिल आता तो गरीब तो कभी मोबाइल को दूर से भी नहीं देखता। लेकिन भाजपा की सरकार की नीती की वजह से आपके हर मोबाइल बिल पर हर महीने तीन से चार हजार रुपये बच रहे हैं। हर महीने आप की जेब में तीन से चार हजार बचाने का काम या आपका बेटा मोदी कर रहा है।

साथियों,
कांग्रेस पर कभी भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता। कांग्रेस का नारा रहा है कि गरीब की जेब साफ, काम हाफ और करना उससे भी हाफ। यानी कांग्रेस विकास का काम नहीं करती, लेकिन नागरिको की जेल जरूर साफ कर देती है। जबकि भाजपा सरकार की पूरी कोशिश आपका खर्च कम से कम करने की है। आज जो हर गरीब को आयुष्मान कार्ड की सुविधा मिली है, वो भी गरीब की बहुत बड़ी मदद है। जिसके पास आयुष्मान कार्ड है उसके पास पांच लाख रुपये तक के मुफ्त इलाज की गारंटी है। और ये मोदी की गारंटी है। कांग्रेस के शासनकाल में तो गांव और गरीब के लिए इलाज संभव ही नहीं था। आज देखिये, सिवनी में भी मेडिकल कॉलेज बन गया। सिवनी जिले में आयुष्मान योजना के तहत 300 से अधिक हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर बन चूके हैं। और सरकार ने तो इसका नाम रखा था हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर, लेकिन लोगों ने उसका उपयोग देखा, उसकी ताकत देखी। उससे लोगों का नाता जुड़ गया और आज कल मैं जहां जाता हूं वहां लोग हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर नहीं बोल रहे हैं। लोग कह रहे है ये तो हमारे गांव का आयुषमान आरोग्य मंदिर बन गया। आयुषमानी आरोग्य मंदिर नाम दे दिया है। ऐसी सुविधाओं का सबसे अधिक लाभ हमारी माताओं और बहनों को हो रहा है।

साथियो,
आपके दवाइयों पर ज्यादा खर्च न करना पड़े। आपकी जेब से ज्यादा पैसा न जाए। इसकी चिंता भी भाजपा सरकार ने की। भाजपा ने करीब दस हजार जनऔषधि केंद्र खुलवाए। इन जनऔषधि केंद्रों दवाइयों पर 80 परसेंट डिस्काउंट दिया जाता है। ये दिवाली के दिन है, आपने देखा होगा साड़ी की दुकान के बाहर बोर्ड लगाते हैं, 10% डिस्काउंट, 5% डिस्काउंट। लगाते हैं ना? ये डिस्काउंट चलता है ना? ये दिवाली आती है तो व्यापारी डिस्काउंट करते हैं। ये आपका बेटा आपकी जिंदगी बचाने के लिए दवाइयों की दुकानें ऐसी बना रहा है, जन औषधि केंद्र ऐसे बना रहा है जहां 80% तक डिस्काउंट दिया जाता है, ताकि गरीब को दवाई सस्ती मिले। आप सोचिए, इतना ज्यादा डिस्काउंट और किसी दुकान पर आपको नहीं मिलेगा। दवाइयों पर 80% डिस्काउंट देकर भाजपा ने गरीबों के 25,000 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा उनकी जेब के अंदर बचाए हैं। 25 हजार करोड़ रुपये।

भाजपा सरकार गरीब के पैसे, देश के मध्यम वर्ग के पैसे, देश के सामान्य नागरिक के पैसे, देश के किसानों के पैसे कैसे बचाल रही है, इसका मैं एक और उदाहरण दे रहा हूं। हमारे यहाँ खेतों में हमारा किसान यूरिया उसकी जिंदगी का हिस्सा है। यूरिया, उसके बिना किसान का तो जीवन सोच ही नहीं सकते। आज हमारे किसान को ज़रा मेरे साथ बोलेंगे भाई। मेरे सवाल का जवाब देंगे? जरा हाथ ऊपर करके बताइए.. देंगे? मेरे सवाल का जवाब देंगे? ज़रा मैं बताता हूँ आपको। आज यूरिया की एक बोरी, खेत में जो खाद डालते है ना, यूरिया की एक बोरी हमारे देश में किसानों को, हमारे इस इलाके में भी किसानों को, 300 रुपये से भी कम में मिलती हैं कितने? कितने से कम? 300 रुपये से कम, कितने, ज़रा बोलिये ना ज़ोर से? जरा जोर से बोलिए.. कितने? कितने? किसानों को यूरिया कितने में मिलता है? एक बोरी का कितना? 300 से भी काम, लेकिन आप जानकर के हैरान हो जाएंगे कि यूरिया की यही बोरी अमेरिका के किसान को तीन हजार रुपये में मिलती है। हमारे अगल-बगल के देशों में भी 2000, 2500 और 3000 कीमत है। ये भारत का किसान है जिनको मोदी की गारंटी है। दुनिया में भले यूरिया आसमान पर चढ़ जाए, मेरे देश के किसान को 300 रुपये से भी कम मे यूरिया दिया जाता है। और भाजपा सरकार है इसलिए आपको अमेरिका के किसान से दस गुना सस्ता यूरिया मिल रहा है। इस पर भी हमारी सरकार हर साल लाखों करोड़ रुपये खर्च कर रही है। साथियों आजादी के बाद के इतने साल में, इतने साल कांग्रेस के शासन ने अगर किसी को सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान किया है, धोखा दिया है तो वो हमारे छोटे किसान हैं। कांग्रेस से कभी भी छोटे किसानों के लिए योजना ही नहीं बनाई। आपने अपने बेटे मोदी को जब से दिल्ली भेजा और हमारा सेवाकाल शुरू हुआ, हमारी सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना बनाई। इस योजना के तहत किसानों को दो लाख साठ हजार करोड़ रुपये सीधे उनके बैंक खाते में अकाउंट में जमा होते हैं। सिवनी के भी लगभग 2,50,000 किसानों को इसका फायदा मिला है। और साथियों भाजपा के इन प्रयासों के बीच कांग्रेस वाले क्या करते हैं? कांग्रेस वाले आपसे कर्ज माफी की झूठी घोषणाएं करते हैं। पांच साल पहले भी इसके नेता कहते थे 10 दिन में कर्जमाफी की घोषआम करेंगे। अरे 10 दिन तो छोड़िये डेढ़ साल का समय उनको मध्य प्रदेश में राज़ करने का मौका मिला था। लेकिन किसानों की एक पाई भी माफ नहीं की किसानों का कर्ज माफ नहीं किया। कांग्रेस की इस कूटनीति के कारण किसान बार-बार कर्ज में डूब जाता है।

मेरे परिवारजनों,
भाजपा सरकार किसान को सशक्त करना चाहती है। कुछ दिन पहले ही केंद्र सरकार ने गेहूं, चना, मूंगफली का समर्थन मूल्य बढ़ाया है। जब केंद्र में कांग्रेस सरकार थी तब धान का एमएसपी 1300 रुपये था। इस वर्ष लगभग मोदी सरकार ने 2200 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल एमएसपी धान किसानों को दिया जा रहा है। यानी 9 साल में हमने धान का एमएसपी 900 रुपया बढ़ाया है। इसी प्रकार बीते 9 वर्षों में मक्का का समर्थन मूल्य भी लगभग 800 रुपए बढ़ाया गया है। कांग्रेस सरकार, दलहन और तिलहन फसलों की MSP पर खरीद भी ना के बराबर करती थी। कुछ दिन पहले मूंगफली के MSP में भी 500 रुपए की वृद्धि की गई है। बीते 9 वर्षों में मूंगफली का MSP, लगभग 2400 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बढ़ाया गया है। हमारे किसान भाई-बहनों की जेब में ज्यादा से ज्यादा पैसे जाए, इसके लिए भाजपा सरकार प्रतिबद्ध है।

मेरे परिवारजनों,
भाजपा की डबल इंजन सरकार माताओं-बहनों-बेटियों के लिए समर्पित सरकार है। हमने गरीबों के लिए पक्के घर भी दिए, तो उसमें घर की मालकिन के नाम रजिस्ट्री का प्रावधान किया। माताओं बहनों के नाम पर मिलकर बनाई, वरना पहले तो हर संपत्ति पुरुष के नाम ही होती थी। माँ, बहन, बेटी को तकलीफ ना सहनी पड़े, इसलिए हमने टॉयलेट बनाए, मुफ्त गैस कनेक्शन दिया, बिजली कनेक्शन दिया। अब हर घर तक नल से जल पहुंचाने के लिए दिन-रात जुटे हुए हैं। यहां भी भाजपा सरकार ने लाड़ली बहना योजना जैसी अनेक योजना बनाई। ये सुविधाएं जिन बहनों के घर तक पहुंची हैं, उनमें से अधिकतर दलित बहने हैं, पिछड़े परिवारों की बहनें है और आदिवासी परिवार की बहने ही हैं।

मेरे परिवारजनों,
भाजपा के सेवाकाल में अब मध्य प्रदेश एक सुनहरे दौर में प्रवेश कर रहा है। मध्य प्रदेश की एक नई पीढ़ी है, जो यहां भाजपा के विकास कार्यों को देखते-देखते ही बड़ी हुई है। मैं, फर्स्ट टाइम वोटर्स, अपने युवा साथियों को कहुंगा कि इस बार हर बूथ पर आपको नेतृत्व देना है। एमपी को देश के टॉप राज्यों में लाने के लिए हमें मिलकर काम करना है और मिलकर के कमल खिलाना है। आप इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लखनादौन आए हैं। लेकिन जो यहां नहीं आए, घर-घर जाएंगे आप लोग? घर-घर जाएंगे? ज़रा हाथ ऊपर करके बताइए घर घर जाएंगे? मैं आपको पूछ रहा हूँ घर घर जाएंगे? मैंने जो बातें बताई वो बताएंगे? कमल खिलाएंगे? हर बूथ पर कमल खिलाएंगे। अच्छा भाजपा के लिए तो काम करेंगे। चुनाव के लिए भी काम करेंगे। मेरे लिए काम करेंगे क्या? ऐसे नहीं, पूरी ताकत से बताओ तो बोलो। करेंगे क्या? ऐसे नहीं पूरी ताकत से बताओ तो बोलू। करेंगे क्या? ये चुनाव का काम नहीं है। मेरा निजी काम है, करोगे? पक्का करोगे? वादा करते हो? गारंटी? अच्छा तो मेरा एक काम करना। यहां से जाने के बाद ज्यादा से ज्यादा परिवारों में जाकर के मिलना। और उनको कहना कि हमारे मोदी जी लखनादौन आए थे। और उन्होंने आपको प्रणाम कहा है। सिवनी आए हैं। सिवनी आए हैं और उन्होंने प्रणाम कहा है, इतना कह देंगे। मेरा प्रणाम पहुंचा देंगे? पक्का पहुंचा देंगे? हर घर पहुंचा देंगे? ये गारंटी? पक्की गारंटी? आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। भारत माता की... भारत माता की... भारत माता की ... बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद।

Today I have come to speak on a very important subject, especially to the mothers, sisters, and daughters of the country! Today every citizen of India is watching how the flight of women power has been stopped. Their dreams have been ruthlessly crushed. Despite our utmost efforts, we could not succeed, the amendment to the Nari Shakti Vandan Act could not be passed! And for this, I seek forgiveness from all the mothers and sisters.

For us, national interest is paramount, but when for some people party interest becomes everything, when party interest becomes bigger than national interest, then women power and national interest have to bear the consequences. This time too, the same has happened. The selfish politics of parties like Congress, DMK, TMC, and Samajwadi Party has harmed the women power of the country.

Yesterday, the eyes of crores of women in the country were on Parliament, the women power of the nation was watching. I too felt very sad to see that when this proposal in favor of women fell, parties like Congress, DMK, TMC, and SP, family-oriented parties, were clapping with joy. By snatching away the rights of women, they were thumping the tables. What they did was not just thumping on the tables, it was a blow to the self-respect and dignity of women. And women forget everything, but they never forget their insult. Therefore, the pain of the behavior of Congress and its allies in Parliament will always remain in the hearts of women. Whenever the women of the country see these leaders in their areas, they will remember that it was these very people who celebrated in Parliament when women’s reservation was stopped, they rejoiced. To those parties who opposed the Nari Shakti Vandan amendment in Parliament yesterday, I will say clearly: these people are taking women power for granted. They are forgetting that the women of the 21st century are watching every event in the country, they are sensing their intentions, and they have fully understood the truth. Therefore, for opposing women’s reservation, the sin committed by the opposition will surely bring punishment to them. These parties have also insulted the sentiments of the framers of the Constitution, and they will not escape the punishment from the people either.

The Nari Shakti Vandan amendment was not about taking anything away from anyone. The Nari Shakti Vandan amendment was about giving something to everyone, it was an amendment to give. It was about giving women the right that has been pending for 40 years, from the 2029 Lok Sabha elections onwards.

The Nari Shakti Vandan amendment was a great effort to give new opportunities, new flight, and to remove obstacles from the path of the women of 21st century India. It was a sacred effort made with clear intent and honesty to give rights to 50% of the country’s population. It was an effort to make women co-travelers in India’s journey of development and to include everyone. The Nari Shakti Vandan amendment is the demand of the time. The Nari Shakti Vandan amendment was an effort to equally increase the strength of every state, North, South, East, West. It was an effort to give more strength to the voice of every state in Parliament. Whether the state is small or big, whether the population is less or more, it was an effort to increase everyone’s strength in equal proportion. But this honest effort has been subjected to foeticide in Parliament by Congress and its allies, foeticide. Congress, TMC, Samajwadi Party, DMK—these parties are guilty of this foeticide. They are criminals against the Constitution of the country, they are criminals against the women power of the country.

Congress hates the subject of women’s reservation, it has always conspired to stop women’s reservation. Every time efforts were made in this direction, Congress obstructed them. This time too, Congress and its allies relied on one falsehood after another to stop women’s reservation. Sometimes about numbers, sometimes in other ways, Congress and its allies tried to mislead the country. By doing so, these parties have revealed their true face before the women power of India. They have removed their mask.

Personally, I had hoped that Congress would correct its decades-old mistake. Congress would repent for its sins. But Congress lost the opportunity to create history, to stand in favor of women. Congress has already lost its existence in most parts of the country. Congress is surviving like a parasite, riding on the back of regional parties. But Congress does not even want regional parties to grow stronger, so Congress conspired politically to push the future of many regional parties into darkness by making them oppose this amendment.

Congress, Samajwadi Party, DMK, TMC, and other parties have, for so many years, every time created the same excuses, the same false arguments, always inserting some technical snag, and they have looted the rights of women. The country has understood this ugly pattern of politics, and it has also understood the reason behind it.

Brothers and sisters,

One big reason for the opposition to the Nari Shakti Vandan Act is the fear of these family-oriented parties. They fear that if women become empowered, then the leadership of these family-oriented parties will be in danger. They will never want women outside their families to move forward. Today, in Panchayats and local bodies, thousands and millions of women have proven their capability. When they want to move forward into Lok Sabha and Legislative Assemblies, when they want to serve the country, these family-oriented parties feel insecure. After delimitation, there will be many more seats for women, women’s stature will increase, and that is why these people opposed the Nari Shakti Vandan amendment. The women power of the country will never forgive Congress and its allies for this sin.

My dear countrymen,

Congress and its allied parties are continuously, continuously lying about delimitation. They want to ignite the fire of division under this pretext. Because “divide and rule” politics is something Congress inherited from the British. And Congress is still running on that same path today. Congress has always fueled sentiments that create rifts in the country. Therefore, this lie was spread that delimitation would harm some states! Whereas the government has made it clear from the very first day that neither the proportion of participation of any state will change, nor will anyone’s representation be reduced. In fact, the seats of all states will increase in equal proportion. Yet Congress, DMK, TMC, and Samajwadi Party were not ready to accept this.

This amendment bill was an opportunity for all parties and all states. If this bill had passed, Tamil Nadu, Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, every state’s seats would have increased. But because of their selfish politics, these parties betrayed even the people of their own states. For example, DMK had the chance to make more Tamil people MPs and MLAs, to strengthen Tamil Nadu’s voice! But it lost that chance. TMC also had the chance to advance the people of Bengal. But TMC too lost that chance. Samajwadi Party had the chance to reduce the stain of its anti-women image. But SP missed it too. SP has already forgotten Lohia ji. By opposing the Nari Shakti Vandan amendment, SP trampled all of Lohia ji’s dreams underfoot. SP is anti-women reservation, and the women of UP and the country will never forget this.

By opposing women’s reservation, Congress has once again proved one thing. Congress is an anti-reform party. For a developed India in the 21st century, whatever decisions, whatever reforms are necessary, whatever decisions the country takes, Congress opposes them, rejects them, obstructs them. This is the history of Congress and this is Congress’s negative politics.

This is the same Congress that opposed the trinity of Jan Dhan–Aadhaar–Mobile. Congress opposed digital payments. Congress opposed GST. Congress opposed reservation for the poor in the general category. Congress opposed the law against triple talaq. Congress opposed the removal of Article 370. Our Constitution, our courts, have said that the Uniform Civil Code, UCC, is necessary, but Congress opposes that too. At the very mention of reform, Congress runs with placards of protest. Any work that strengthens the country, Congress puts all its strength into creating obstacles in it. Congress opposes One Nation One Election. Congress opposes driving out infiltrators from the country. Congress opposes purification of the voter list, SIR. Congress opposes reforms in the Waqf Board.

Congress even opposed the CAA law that gave security to refugees. By lying and spreading rumors, it created a storm in the country. Congress obstructs the country’s efforts to end Maoist–Naxalite violence. Congress has had only one pattern: whenever a reform comes, lie, spread confusion. History is witness, Congress has always chosen this negative path.

Whatever decision is necessary for the country, Congress sweeps it under the carpet. Because of this attitude of Congress, India has not reached the heights of development it deserves. At the time of independence, many other countries were freed along with us. Most of those countries went far ahead of us, and the reason was that Congress kept blocking every reform. Delay, diversion, obstruction—this was Congress’s principle, this was Congress’s work culture. Congress delayed border disputes with neighboring countries. Congress delayed water-sharing disputes with Pakistan. Congress delayed the decision on OBC reservation for 40 years. Congress delayed One Rank One Pension for soldiers for 40 years.

This attitude of Congress has always caused great harm to the country. The nation has suffered from every opposition, every indecision, every deceit of Congress. Generations of the country have suffered. Today, all the major challenges before the country have arisen from this attitude of Congress. Therefore, this fight is not just about one law, this fight is against Congress’s anti-reform mentality, which is filled only with negativity. And I have no doubt that the women and daughters of the country will give a strong reply to this mentality of Congress.

Some people are calling the breaking of the dreams of the women of the country a failure of the government. But this subject was never about success or failure, never about credit. I had said in Parliament too: let half the population get their rights, I will give the credit to the opposition by publishing advertisements with all their photos. But those who look at women with outdated thinking still stuck to their lies, remained firm!

The fight to give women power participation has been going on for decades. For years, I too have been among those making efforts for it. So many women have raised this subject before me. So many sisters have written letters to me explaining everything. My country’s mothers, sisters, daughters—I know you are all sad today. I too share in your sorrow. Today, even though we did not get the required 66 percent votes to pass the bill, I know that 100 percent of the women power of the country has blessed us. I assure every woman of the country: we will remove every obstacle in the path of women’s reservation. Our courage is high, our determination unbreakable, and our resolve unwavering. The parties opposing women’s reservation will never be able to stop the women power of this country from increasing their participation in Parliament and Legislative Assemblies. It is only a matter of time. The BJP–NDA’s resolve for the empowerment of women power is intact. Yesterday we did not have the numbers, but that does not mean we lost. Our inner strength is invincible. Our effort will not stop, our effort will not pause. We will have more opportunities ahead. For the dreams of half the population, for the future of the country, we must fulfill this resolve. Thank you all very much.
