Prime Minister congratulates Shri Manohar Parrikar on being sworn in as the Chief Minister of Goa
గోవా ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా పదవీస్వీకార ప్రమాణం చేస్తున్న శ్రీ మనోహర్ పర్రికర్ ను ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ అభినందించారు.
