Narendra Modi meets actors Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar in Gandhinagar

On Wednesday 7th August 2013 Shri Narendra Modi met renowned actors Mr. Paresh Rawal and Mr. Akshay Kumar in Gandhinagar.

During the interaction, the Chief Minister and the two actors discussed various steps take by the Gujarat Government to promote the development of sports as well as overall development of the youth. Both the actors expressed their desire to contribute in the development of disciplines such as judo karate and initiatives like the Sports University.

Shri Modi spoke about the Sports University, Yoga University among other things.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the passing of Shri Biswa Bandhu Sen Ji, Speaker of the Tripura Assembly. Shri Modi stated that he will be remembered for his efforts to boost Tripura’s progress and commitment to numerous social causes.

The Prime Minister posted on X:
