‘‘ప్రపంచ వినియోగదారు హక్కుల దినం సందర్భంగా ఇవే నా అభినందనలు. ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థలో వినియోగదారులది ఒక ముఖ్యమైన పాత్ర. భారత ప్రభుత్వం కేవలం వినియోగదారు పరిరక్షణ పట్లే కాకుండా, వినియోగదారు సమృద్ధి పట్ల కూడా శ్రద్ధ వహిస్తోంది’’ అని ప్రధాన మంత్రి తన సందేశంలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

"मां ब्रह्मचारिणी के चरणों में कोटि-कोटि नमन! देवी मां सभी भक्तों पर अपनी कृपा बनाए रखें।
दधाना करपद्माभ्यामक्षमालाकमण्डलू।
देवी प्रसीदतु मयि ब्रह्मचारिण्यनुत्तमा॥"
The Goddess who holds a rosary and a water pot in her lotus-like hands—may that supremely exalted Goddess Brahmacharini be gracious to me.
