PM greets people on the occasion of Easter

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has greeted people on the occasion of Easter.

Prime Minister said, “Best wishes to everyone on the special occasion of Easter. We remember the noble thoughts of Lord Christ, especially his unwavering commitment to empowering the poor and needy. May this Easter give us added strength to successfully overcome COVID-19 and create a healthier planet”

Prime Minister condoles the passing of Smt. Bhavnaben Patel

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed sadness over the passing of Smt. Bhavnaben Patel, wife of Shri Prabhulbhai Patel, Administrator of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.

The Prime Minister said that he had shared a close acquaintance and cordial relationship with the family for many years.

Shri Modi extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that the Almighty grants peace to the departed soul.
