Shri Modi attends Election Campaign Committee meeting at Delhi

Shri Narendra Modi went to Delhi on 1st August 2013. He met RSS leaders. Later, he attended the BJP Election Campaign Committee meeting at New Delhi. A variety of points and issues were discussed at the meeting.

BJP National General Secretary Shri Ananth Kumar gave information about the discussions in the party meeting chaired by Campaign Committee Chairman Shri Narendra Modi. Shri Kumar said that the Bhartiya Janta Party is in election mode. Targets and timeframes were framed for the various committees and sub committees previously formed. It was asserted that India is under a grave economic crisis and that the BJP will raise the issue in the parliament. Large rallies will be held across the country starting from the 3rd week of August. Such rallies will be held in the near future at Jaipur and Bhopal. Large gatherings and rallies will be held for all sections of the society including the youth, farmers, fishermen, etc. The BJP will prepare a chargesheet against the UPA government for their misrule. The BJP will aggressively pitch for a Congress Mukt Bharat.

BJP President Shri Rajnath Singh ji and senior BJP leaders like Smt Sushma Swaraj ji, Shri Arun Jaitley ji, Shri Venkaiah Naidu ji and Shri Nitin Gadkari ji were also present at the meeting. Heads of the various sub committees were also present at the meeting.
