In a post on X, he said:

“Wishing everyone a blessed and joyous Easter. This Easter is special because world over, the Jubilee Year is being observed with immense fervour. May this sacred occasion inspire hope, renewal and compassion in every person. May there be joy and harmony all around.”

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has conveyed his heartfelt greetings to the nation on the advent of the New Year 2026.

Shri Modi highlighted through the Subhashitam that the goal of life is to be equipped with virtues of knowledge, disinterest, wealth, bravery, power, strength, memory, independence, skill, brilliance, patience and tenderness.

Quoting the ancient wisdom, the Prime Minister said:

“2026 की आप सभी को बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएं। कामना करते हैं कि यह वर्ष हर किसी के लिए नई आशाएं, नए संकल्प और एक नया आत्मविश्वास लेकर आए। सभी को जीवन में आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा दे।

ज्ञानं विरक्तिरैश्वर्यं शौर्यं तेजो बलं स्मृतिः।

स्वातन्त्र्यं कौशलं कान्तिर्धैर्यं मार्दवमेव च ॥”
