PM shares a picture of Mahatma Gandhi on World Bicycle Day

Referring to the concept of Lifestyle for Environment (LIFE), The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has shared a picture of Mahatma Gandhi riding a bicycle. Today is World Bicycle Day.

The Prime Minister tweeted;

"Lifestyle for Environment (LIFE).

It is World Bicycle Day today and who better than Mahatma Gandhi to take inspiration from to lead a sustainable and healthy lifestyle."

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi paid homage to Parbati Giri Ji on her birth centenary today. Shri Modi commended her role in the movement to end colonial rule, her passion for community service and work in sectors like healthcare, women empowerment and culture.

In separate posts on X, the PM said:
