Prime Minister highlights financial security and healthcare access for every citizen emphasising ‘Insurance for All by 2047’

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today highlighted a major stride in the Government’s commitment to universal financial protection and healthcare access. The latest phase of the #NextGenGST reforms introduces significant tax relief on life and health insurance products, making them more affordable and accessible to every citizen.

Responding to a post by Shri Narendra Bharindwal on X, Shri Modi said:

“Over the years, we have strived to ensure financial security and healthcare access for every citizen.

The next-generation GST reforms, which make life and health insurance more affordable, mark another important milestone in our mission of ‘Insurance for All by 2047.’

Together, we move towards a Swasth and Samarth Bharat.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi paid homage to Parbati Giri Ji on her birth centenary today. Shri Modi commended her role in the movement to end colonial rule, her passion for community service and work in sectors like healthcare, women empowerment and culture.
